COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Teased from the loam by the kiss of the Sun. Mom’s Strawberry Rhubarb delights are the happy memories of childhood. Diploma Master Brewer Dan employed juicy sweet Strawberries to tame the barbaric wild tart fermentation of rhubarb. Escaped from the far corners of neighboring yards, local rhubarb was incorporated into the wild sour fermentation to create this drinkable dream. Bright sour and effervescent. Toast chilled cold to Bright skies, fireflies, bare feet and rhubarb pies!

Pours a hazy muddy reddish brown. Smell is strawberry tart malt. Taste is sweet and tart and some sour like graininess. Not quite as good as I remember the raspberry tart and Belgian red but very similar with more of a subtle dry strawberry flavor on the same base.

Had thanks to my boy Weasel. Confused how this is considered a beer. Tastes way too much like candy to be beer. Color was a light brown amber similar to a juice. Never had actual rhubarb so hard to know if the strawberry or rhubarb was the star, either way it was excellent.

Fresh bottle. Pours muddy orange/amber with towering tan head. Lots of fruit in the nose - strawberry, some orange. Taste is big strawberry sweetness with some of the acidity and bitterness from the rhubarb. Vibrant fruit here. Sticky sweet.

29.06.2014, 0,75l bottle @ home, courtesy of RobertDale:
Nice slightly bubbly mediumlasting head. Aroma is sweet fruity, strawberry jam, sugar, grass, soda powder, hints of citrus. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, fresh strawberries, grass, rhubarb, soda powder, sugar. Slightly fresh and dry light acidic mouthfeel. Nice, but maybe a bit too sweet.

Bottle shared. Pours cloudy amber brown with a small off white head. Aroma of strawberry rhubarb ice cream with jam and cakes and all of the good stuff that reminds me of a home made dessert at my mum’s. Flavour is light heavy sweet with a little touch if acidity lurking behind from the rhubarb. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. It’s all about the fruits but it works pretty well in this one.

75cl bottle courtesy of and shared with Kermis. Big thanks. No head. Low carbonation. Aroma of strawberries. Hazy pinky amber pour. Lots of strawberries. A little sweet. Don’t get the rhubarb. Well done.

Bottle. Aroma is bursting, juicy strawberry jam. Awesome reddish, orange murky body. Had with a strawberry rhubarb dessert and it was a perfect match. Excellent.

Bottle. Pours cloudy brown with off-white head. Aroma is very strong strawberry, jammy, sweet. Taste is thick strawberry, tart yet sweet, very carbonated, really strange...a little too thick for me- but the flavor is good. It’s very interesting but definitely good.

750 ml bottle shared by ahalloin. Thanks Tony! Pours a bright hazy pinkish tan with fading head that left off white lacing. Aroma is my grandmother’s strawberry rhubarb pie, sugared crust and all. Flavor is soft and sweet, delicious and balanced. Outstanding.

Bottle: Cloudy, light brown-amber with a thick, frothy beige head. Lactic, strawberry cream scent. Taste is strawberry shortcake, cream.... Sweet...just slightly tart. Dessert in bottle-form. Very tasty.
