COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Apple Ale sings with the fresh crisp taste of Wisconsin Apples. Our brewmaster begins with a brown ale base employing Wisconsin farmed wheat and a blend of Cortland, MacIntosh and Jonathan apples. Our apple growing friends squeeze them especially for this brew. Expect this ale to pour a beautiful copper color. The fresh bouquet of Apple will rise to meet you even before the glass touches your lips.

Very pleasing aroma greets your nose, Great clarity with just the right amount of effervescence. Excellent blend of apples and beer. Good for special occasions. Enjoyed by all at ours. Another winner from New Glarus.

Thick, hazy light copper/orange pour. High carbonation. Sweet to sour apple aroma as the body warms. Very, very sweet and thin body. Much juicier than beer with a honey-like body. No significant finish, but a nice, thin coating is left on the throat.

It tastes like an apple champagne. It has a very dry taste that's followed by rich apple flavor. Tastes like a Belgian ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours slightly cloud orange-amber with tiny white head that quickly disappears. Nose is freshly peeled apple and apple skins. Light hints of cinnamon. Taste is akin to apple cider, some cinnamon. Champagne like carbonation. Slightly tart. Really tasty. Wow this stuff is delicious!

I love the copper color that fills your glass from the first drop. Strong wheat & apple presence. Great fall flavors from each of the apples included in this ale.

Bright and clear amber. Big fresh apple nose. Tight champagne carbonation makes it lively and crisp

Ok, maybe more of a cider then a beer but damn, this stuff is just pure greatness. There is enough caramel malt finish that you get the beer part and it gives it a caramel apple finish. Just pure drinkability, and I will go through all the cases I bought in no time. Amazing.

Very good, but not entirely what i had in mind. Fun. Could call it a soda. Fruit beers are hard to gage. Some are just hints of the fruit flavor and others...(this) are overwhelming in flavor....and overwhelming in sweet. Though, if a beer is called apple ale it should have apple flavor. Perhaps just too sweet for me. I believe that alcohol should be a little more difficult to consume than this beer. Good in the winter. grown up apple juice.
