Very lightly bready. Very lightly citrus. So it drinks extremely easily. Light in flavor but somewhat extreme in the nature of the flavor. This is a session beer!

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Paul. Pours clear yellow with a froth white head. The nose has some ripe lemon, a bit of pale bread. Light sweet flavor with mild cereal, further lemony tang, faint salty touches. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Very clean to finish, more tangy lemons, light citrus rind, salt, pale bread. Quite nice.
