Dark amber pour with white head. Spicy malt aroma and taste. Slight alcohol finish as well. Strong, malty, slightly sweet, probably a fall/winter drink.

Hello foam. Dark bronze. Dominant smell of red hots. Banana. Loads of cinnamon. Some ginger. I’d like to try this in a lighter ale. Too much strong ale base for me. Thanks Erin.

Pours a hazy deep amber color with cream colored head. Sugar, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and some malt on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with spice. Nice.

Appearance: Pours amber gold with a sudsy white head.

Aroma: Cinnamon, gingersnaps, cola.

Taste: Ginger snaps, earthy hops, toast.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied. Average carbonation.

Overall: This is obviously not an everyday drinking beer, but perfectly executed and delicious. I would have fun braising meat or baking sweets with this beer.

Hazy burnt orange in color... Aroma of spices, ginger, allspice and cinnamon... Flavor is boozy, definitely a winter beer, alcohol notes throughout, spices, warm cider, whiskey, oak, peated malts... Interesting, decent beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma is similar to Southern Comfort or a Faro Lambic. Taste is almost cider-like, but isn’t sickeningly sweet. I like it a lot.

Pours a reddish copper with a good sized light tan head. Nose is apples and spices. Thick viscosity and creamy feel on the palate. Taste is of sweet malts, nutmeg, ginger and caramel with a very light touch of hops. An excellent ale. Pairs well with smoked cheese or salmon.

> Spiced carrot cake, heavy cinnamon malty amber ale

[ Bottle ][ 12oz ][ TheEpeeist ][ Bonus ][ Tired Hands Stemware ][ 7.12.14 ]
>> Pours clear red amber, medium off-white head. Spotty lace. Awesome nose of carrot cake, cinnamon frosting, rum soaked biscotti, nutmeg. Taste is spiced cake, dusty, malty, sweet tea. A tad tannic and too dusty for me. Not bad.

>!< dusty, tea

Bottle. Nutmeg, cinnamon ginger and toffee malt aroma - nutmeg is most dominate spice. Amber with large off-white head. Strong spicy toffee malt flavor - no one spice dominates in the flavor though. Not bad - just like the typical pumpkin beer without the pumpkin.

Reddish brown with a decent sized pale head. Aroma is cinnamon, allspice, vanilla. Medium bodied, spiced on the palate. Flavours are clove, ginger, allspice, caramel. Nicey spicey.
