Pure and crisp, this is a beer with nothing to hide. Wisconsin two-row barley malt ensures a mellow and smooth body. We imported Noble Hop varieties from Germany and the Czech Republic to ensure a fine mature aroma with no coarse bitterness. Expect this beer to pour a delicate golden hue that sparkles in the summer sun. Extra Pale is brewed using all natural ingredients with no artificial additives of any kind.

Pours crystal clear straw yellow with a large white head. Smells and tastes like mild sweet corn water. Light-bodied with a crisp texture and mild mouth-carbonation, New Glarus Totally Naked Extra Pale Lager finishes almost perfectly clean.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow. Initial decent white head. Nothing too special about this one. Tastes like a pale lager

Draft. Light golden pour with white head. Light aromas with some hints of hop and malts. Flavor is light, could drink this all day.

Bottle from Woodman’s Onalaska. Pours golden and clear with a really thin white head. Not much on the nose. It does fill the mouth with a clean, crisp taste that doesn’t come off like corn oil. The more I drink this, the more I talk myself into it.

I usually turn away from a lager but this is one that I would highly consider drinking again. Very easy to throw back a sixer at any time of the day.

Clear pale gold - frothy lace - aroma of lightly honey sweet maltiness, moderate mineral, a mild floral and grassy hop presence - simple, but pleasant - moderate carbonation - flavor is surprisingly sweet, but it is a clean sweetness that does not linger on the palate - lightly peppery hops, a mild bitterness, and a semi-dry finish - sadly, nothing really pops here - the whole thing is kind of dull and muted - not unenjoyable, but nothing that makes me want to reach for another bottle.

Bottle. Pours crystal clear golden yellow, creamy medium white head, nice lacing. Assertions is grain, corn, hay, grass, white grape. Flavor is the same, light sweet and just a touch of bitter. Light body, good carbonation, refreshing.

Just what it promises, a well balanced easy to drink lager. Slight apple aroma, some caramel sweetness. Pretty straightforward but better than the typical lite lager by far.
