Pure and crisp, this is a beer with nothing to hide. Wisconsin two-row barley malt ensures a mellow and smooth body. We imported Noble Hop varieties from Germany and the Czech Republic to ensure a fine mature aroma with no coarse bitterness. Expect this beer to pour a delicate golden hue that sparkles in the summer sun. Extra Pale is brewed using all natural ingredients with no artificial additives of any kind.

Just what it promises, a well balanced easy to drink lager. Slight apple aroma, some caramel sweetness. Pretty straightforward but better than the typical lite lager by far.

Bottle at the hotel bar in Wisconsin. The beer is mostly clear and has a straw yellow body with a half inch of white head. The expected aromas of malt, grain, cereal like notes. Pretty clean and refreshing. A decent example of the style, and certainly a large step up from the ubiquitous macro crap that floods our culture like a mudslide avalanche from the darkest depths of Dante’s Inferno. Anyhow, this is light on the palate and simple. A straightforward, easy drinking beer. OK.

Clear yellow in color... Light malt aroma... Flavor is crisp, light biscuity creamy malts... Light pils hops on the nose... Solid, enjoyable lager ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Now, this is a mighty fine beer, fellas. It is golden yellow in the glass with an unfortunately small head. This beer definitely veers to the light end of thing but it is still very flavorful w/ just a touch of grassy, lemony hops and sweet, fresh malt backbone. This is medium to full bodied for a ligher lager w/ vigorous but not harsh carbonation. This is clean and crisp start to finish and is one of those beers that seems to sublimate from existence it is so drinkable. This is pretty much exactly what I look for in a beer of this style and it’s a style I happen to like a lot.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear pale golden with lasting white bubbly head. Aroma is bread yeast and corn sweetness. Flavor is overall sweet lager with corn, yeast, and a clean dry finish. Thin bodied, mild carbonation.

Pours very clear, the color of Miller Lite. Taste is very clean. Actually , there was not a lot of taste to it. This would be refreshing on a hot summer day when you have been out in the hot yard and want to guzzle one down. If you are drinking it for the flavor, there is just not a lot going on here.

Crisp light lager. Fresh but not refreshing I can imagine this would be great on a hot day outside. But just for a normal night sitting alone watching Game of Thrones in my house it's an expensive light beer and I'd prefer cheap and easy in this context. Well-crafted though! Bottle. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very pale straw color, almost no head. Very light nose, straw. Slightly sweet. Very light body, effervescent. Quite watery. Not the best new glarus. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottle, not much going on here but a slight pilsner style hop aroma with a light body and mild flavor

12 ounce bottle poured into a New Glarus pilsner glass. Pours a really light gold with an airy head of white foam. The aroma has grassy sweet notes and toasted bread. The taste is slightly salty, but there’s more of a focus on sweetness than anything. Very light in body with medium to high carbonation. That saltiness is throwing me. I don’t quite know what to think of it.
