3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Medium amber color with a smallish white head. Medium sweetness with grassy notes, very effervescent which adds some nice acidity and dryness and crispness to this.

Bready, grassy, not particularly flavorful but fine easy drinking sort of beer. Better options.

Not my favorite new glarus. Pretty bland for the most part. Would stick to the others.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bought an individual bottle of this at the New Glarus brewery. I poured this into a New Glarus pint glass. This beer pours a light copper hue with almost no head and a bit of lacing. There is a decent amount of carbonation present in the beer. The scent of this beer is mostly of malt and a bit of hops. The taste is very clean and smooth with hints of malt and hops. Another strong offering from New Glarus.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. It poured gold with a persistent thin white head and some lacing. Aroma is floral, grass and biscuit. The flavor includes sweet caramel. Nice finish. A nice change from my typical IPA preference.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, Ann Arbor, MI via road side truck stop somewhere in Wisconsin. Medium gold, frothy head. Bready caramel aroma. Sweet with honey, sharp citrus. A bit sweet but still one of the better lagers I’ve had in a while.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Thanks Mike C-Z! Poured from 12oz bottle into tulip glass, a clear amber colour with white foam, thin but persistent head, some lace. Grainy, malty, some German-style marshmallow sweetness, subtle biscuity flavour. Some mild but pleasant oxidation, which served to smooth out any rough edges. Slight residual caramel sweetness, very light bitterness, not much hoppy aroma nor flavour. Smooth well-rounded mouthfeel. Much darker than I’d expect from a classic Pilsener, this colour and flavour balance seems more like a Vienna Lager or Märzen. Medium body and carbonation, lingering malty aftertaste, less dry than I expected.

Bottle. It poured an amber color with a white head. The aroma was of grass, bread, malts and some floral notes. The taste was similar to the aroma with more grass, bread, malts and floral notes. Nice.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a copper color from the bottle with a thick off white head that leaves a little lacing in he glass. Aroma is malty with a hop presence and a funky yeast on the nose. Slight bitterness initially on the tongue that turns to honey and caramel creaminess. As it goes down the taste goes to bread, biscuits and a but hoppiness. Not bad.
