COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hearty and full-bodied this is a “Big” bier. Brewed in the Reinheitsgebot tradition, our Bock comes by its mahogany hue naturally. You can expect this bier to be complex and smooth with deep chocolate and coffee undertones, complementing the rich bouquet.

Uff-da is currently my favorite bock as of 6-7-11. It is rich, creamy, malty, smooth, reddish-dark brown with a creamy tan head and spicy and delicious. This is a very high quality beer.

Pours a deep amber color with off-white head. Caramel malts, cocoa, and coffee, on the nose; follows onto the palate. Full bodied on the mouthfeel with some rich finishing tones. Nice beer.

Deep clear reddish, mahogany with a lacy white head. Absolutely stunning appearance. Sweet cereals and fresh-cut hay. Note of honey. Slight bitterness balanced against a chocolatey, slightly roasted sweetness. Big and round bodied, very effervescent, predominantly from acidity. Quite chewy. Fairly long finish. Lighter carbonation. Excellent beer, quite bold. Very well balanced.

Bottle from New Glarus. Poured dark red amber with decent cream head. Rich malty caramel aroma. Light carb med bod. Sweet caramel dark fruit taste.

Nice scents of sweet malt with some notes of sweet candies. Deep orange and red colors with a bright tan head. Great, rich caramel malt out of the gate. Notes of sweet fruit, and bitter chocolate. Crisp bitterness creeps in at the right time. Finishes smooth with a nice mixture of sweet and bitterness. Nice carbonation, Refreshing!

Really great bock! Don’t get the chocolate and coffee like the description suggests but tasty nonetheless.

This one poured a lighter brown color with an off white head. Aroma was of toasted malt, caramel and some dark fruits. Falvor was again toasted caramel and fruits.

12oz bottle in a teku. Pours deep amber/ruby with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of caramel and toasted and pale malts, some light hops, light dough, and hints of chocolate. Flavor the same. Average texture. A decent beer.

Bottle shared at the Foothills bottle share... thanks for setting it up, Mike! Light auburn pour. Plenty of sweet caramel with notes of cocoa and sweet grains. Solid.

Bottle from the New Glarus brewery. Slightly hazy mahogany with a tan head. My first impression was that of a mild dubbel.

Bottle. A beautiful mahogany color. Velvety on the palate. Taste is great, especially the first few sips, but it remains good throughout. A chocolate taste with hints of fruit.
