Apr 26, 2008 Bottled. An amber beer with a rim of beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet malty again with notes of over ripe fruits, as well as caramel and a light note of alcohol, that leaves a slight burn in the throat.

Sep 21, 2007 12 fl oz bottle. Pours amber/orange clear with a little lacing head. Bourbon aroma, slight malty. Sweet flavour with an underlying bourbon flavour lifting the mellowness a bit higher. Slight acidic flavour. Quite nicely balanced.
