Sour fruity aroma with a hint of yeast. Pours a ruby red with white quickly fading head. Fruity (apple and citrus) sourness with enough sweet to balance it. Very refreshing character.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This sour must be a blend because there is plenty of sweetness that almost overpowers the tartness of the beer. Itís full of spice, a touch of smoke, vanilla, and a creamy mouthfeel. Iím not sure I like it. Itís good but I think itís a bit sweet for me. There is something here, it really could be wonderful, but like I said, too much sweetness for me.
