Pours a hazy dark red/brown with a quickly dimminishing head. Quite sweet with a nice sourness. Nutty malt aromas with coconuts, perfume, cherries, wood, citrus and a hint of bubble gum. Also a tiny hint of vanilla and dust. Slightly vinous. Medium to full bodied. Lively carbonation. Long dry and fruity finish. shrubber85 (2880), Wallhalben, Germany

Smells of sour cherries and a bit nutty/woody. Taste is not nearly as sour as anticipated...mostly sour cherry...wine-like. Palate is smooth and dry. Nice beer. bitbucket (2031), Kirkland, Washington, USA

Taste of cherries, sourness, almost a bourbon taste, malt, and a dry finish. The sourness and cherries are not overpowering and blend together really well.
