Commercial Description:
A Complex and intriguing original. The mystery began with wild yeast spontaneously fermenting a rich treasure of malted barley and whole cherries. Unlined oak casks breathe deep vanilla hues and chords of smoke into this sour brown ale. Our Master Brewer has forged a smooth garnet tapestry that defies description. Wander off the beathen path.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing light orange head. The aroma is sweet and acidic with light notes of wood and grapefruit. The flavor is very powerful with both sweet and acidic notes, as well as berries, wood, vanilla, and grapefruit, leading to a dry bitter end. The alcohol burns slightly on the tongue. The grapefruit note makes me think it is a new style: Imperial Flemish Sour - a flemish sour beefed up with American hops and stronger in alchol.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours a hazy, reddish amber with an off-white head. Sourish aroma with some bourbon. Medium body with sweet’n’sour notes of bourbon and vanilla. Sourish finish. Quite intriguing. Courtesy of JCapriotti - thank you Jason. 291206

Bottled. Hazy amber colour, not much head. Aroma is coconuts, cookies, alcohol, grapes and some slight touch of caramel. Flavour is sweet fruits, malts, caramel, alcohol and some plum. Though the sweet fruits, the overall is quite sour. Wellbalanced, and quite easy-to-drink. Very pleasant thing! WOW!

Bottle from HogTownHarry drunk at Chris o’s HogTownHarry meet up. Sour up front. Like a Napa Valley oaky aorma, bit of vanilla. Some sourness continues. Good strawberry sour fruit in mouth. Nice pippyness. Then I had to run for the train.
