COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"Some people paint, some sing, others write… I brew". -Daniel Carey A few times a year we will cut Dan loose to brew whatever he chooses, uncensored, uncut, unplugged. Always handcrafted, the bottle you hold is brewed for the adventurous soul. This is a very limited edition and we make no promises to ever brew this style again. Sparkling and bright this is a Wisconsin original created for you in the traditional method employed by the Lambic Brewers of Belgium including five months of outdoor resting in oak barrels. Indigenous yeast and cranberries from the “wilds” of Wisconsin flawlessly pair to dance on your palette. You have discovered a rare and delightful treasure to be served cold in a fluted glass. Thanks for supporting the arts, Daniel and Deb Carey

This made me remember why I like beer so much. The amber color, the friuty fresh smell, the impeccable flavor. I hope they promote this to a full time beer. It is fantastic.

Picked up a couple of 4 packs while in Wisconsin. Once again, New Glarus does not disappoint, especially when it comes to fruit beers. This cran-bic is very good. Almost a champaign mouth feel with the nice tartness of cranberries. I hope this limited release makes a return to shelves again.

12oz bottle shared with a few friends. Poured a slightly ruby amber color with a small pink(?) head. Aroma was tart cranberries, sweet light fruit notes. Some light tartness, akin to a lambic, but not too tart. Light funky notes, a bit like cranberries and some light wild strawberries.

Bottle given to me by a friend. Clear gold to amber pour with a thick white head; lots of carbonation. Aroma of funk, lacto and sour fruit. Tart flavor hits the tongue the same time as sweet fruit before a sour lacto finish. Incredible and I still have one left!

December 28, 2014 - bottle purchased at a small store in Wisconsin. Clear orangish pour with limited head. Aroma was sour fruit and a little bit of sweetness. Taste was like a sparkling fruit juice that was balanced nicely with some sourness.

Pours a clear lighter golden color with white colored head, light and fizzy. Some funk, cranberries, wheat, and oak on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes tart and dry.
