COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A modern reinterpretation of our classic Sacramento brew, and an affirmation of our heritage as a world capital of brewing. This Helles style lager has the soft, full body that can only come from traditional floor malted barley, and a beautiful woody, floral aroma from a dose of Crystal hops. This is the beer that made Sacramento famous, all over again.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours blonde with a decent off-white head and a floral aroma. There is a light malt flavor with a honey-like finish.

Not much aroma coming from hazy amber pour. Malt and grain are the primary flavors. Overall, like the nose - Not much taste. Meh…

Yellow in color, aroma of light malts... Flavor is crisp, bready malts, great finish, not much harshness like plagues a lot of American lagers... Really enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Davis Beer Week B&B Fest. Pours translucent gold with a creamy off-white head. Med body. It’s slightly sweet, mildly hoppy. Pretty good lager.
