COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Little Johnís local bees create a spring wildflower-honey that lends a sweet, earthy complexity to a traditional style of beer (triple) with a balancing snap of ginger in the finish.

On tap at Chipotle Festival. Dark amber with an average sized white head. Aroma is mellow with notes of yeast, pale malts, pepper, and honey. Flavor is a bit sweeter with added lemon zest, ginger, and caramel. Finish is full of spice and a bit of booze.

The aroma is some Belgium yeast, earthy, leaves. Pours a clear copper/orange brown, off white frothy head, mostly diminishing. The taste is bitter/sweet then a little sour. The body is medium, the texture creamy a little slick, the carbonation fizzy and the finish bitter. Not bad, think I was looking for more of a honey taste/aroma.

Copper color with a small white foam head. Smells like sweet honey and tastes like nectar, with some yeasty sweetness as well. Very tasty.

Dark gold pour, quick white head. Strong florall and honey aroma. Flavour carries over with honey and light gingery spice and light biscuity malt. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I had this at Global Brew. Pours a orangish color with a slight off white head. Taste sweet, honey, ginger. I thought this was so so. I could drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap. Tangerine and honey with a mild hop finish. Palate is fairly light, but is quite flavorful.

Pours a clear brownish amber bordering on chestnut with a thick and mostly fine-bubbled pale buff head. Aroma has a malty base and strong coriander and honey overtones, plus a nice ginger note. Flavor floods the palate with malt, honey, ginger, coriander (or something like it) and earthy tones. Satisfying and lip-smacking! Texture is firm and smooth, and though not fizzy it leaves a flavorful finish with malty, honey and ginger notes that remain long after the beer has gone downstairs.

EtTuCthulhu (1049) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - SEP 22, 2013
The color of this beer is an orange-heavy amber color with a very, very small white ring, and the aroma is reminiscent of honey, spices, and some fruit notes. The taste is quite sweet and slightly sour, and the palate combines a long sweet finish, medium body, slick texture, and an average carbonation.

Very cloudy amber brown pour with just a thin layer of white suds. Bubblegum belgian yeast in the nose. Somehwat flat carbonation, thick mouthfeel, clean finish. Flavor of cloves and black pepper mixed with buttery belgian yeasts. Over sweet at the finish. Not a huge fan of the belgian profile and itís kind of watery. Like a beer-flavored sparkling water.

From 22oz bottle. Potent aroma fit for a tripel. Sweetness to go with the potency. Stays on the tongue, minutes after being drunk. I'm not a great fan of tripels, but this was OK. Not worth going after again, but OK. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
