COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dragonís Milk is a 17th century term used to describe the strong beer usually reserved for royalty. This strong ale was aged in oak for over 120 days. The aging process extracts flavors from the wood, which contribute to its complex character. Hints of bourbon flavor perfectly compliment its roasted malts to produce a beer fit for a King.

The best barrel aged stout that has easy access all of then time. Pours black with thin tan head. Aroma is pretty weak with barely any bourbon on the nose. Taste is awesome though, great bourbon taste balanced with vanilla, burnt sugar roasty taste. Small burn but overall this is a great beer. Would love to see some variants roll out soon.

Excellent. Best way to describe this beer. Rich, dark color with perfect head. Taste was very complex. Rich and light at the same time. The abv is supposed to be 11% but I didn't get that. Had with pulled pork for Super Bowl and was the perfect match. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

There are many stouts I enjoy (e.g. Founders Breakfast, Great Lakes Black Out, Old Rasputin, Kalamazoo when I want to behave), but Dragonís Milk is my benchmark brew. With a hefty 10% ABV, it holds the rich imperial taste with not much of an alcohol after burn

12 oz bottle. 2015 vintage. 11%. Bottled on 09/23/15. Thanks to Timo A!
Dark reddish brown color with a small tan head. Vegetables, cacao, dark roasted malt, chocolate, some alcohol and mild hops in the aroma. Yummy! Alcohol warmth, berries, roasted malt, milky sweetness, vanilla and some hops in the flavor. Really yummy!

AMAZING! If you enjoy a hearty stout and bourbon barrel aging, this is as good as it gets. The pour is a very dark brown bordering on black, with a burnt orange tan foam head. The aroma is a rich blend of roasted hops, bourbon and a hint of vanilla. The initial taste is exceptional with the oaky bourbon flavor just overwhelming the hops and barley. As it rest in the mouth, the alcohol buzz kicks in, but the flavor remains hoppy with the bourbon, caramel, and vanilla overtones. The aftertaste is a very strong bourbon just barely tamed by a rye bread like essence. If youíre a Bud man or even Stella fan, stay away. If you like porters, stouts and barrel aging, get up now and go get some.

Bottle. Whoa, very boozy! The aroma is light, pleasant chocolate and belies what is to follow: sweet, strong beer with strong whisky/bourbon oak flavor. A bit off-putting at first, but grows better as you sip it. Which is what you will do, as this is definitely a sipping beer. ABV 11% for the Bourbon Barrel Stout variety.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, says 11% on the bottle, poured into a snifter. Opaque black with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, medium body, medium/light carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is nice bourbon, roasted malt, some oak, hints of vanilla, and dry finish.

12 oz Bottle. Pours dark with a decent beige creamy head that is somewhat lasting that leaves rings of lacing after each sip. Aroma is woody, bourbon and vanilla. Light to medium bitter, mild sweetness, a light and thin body for this style with moderate carbonation. Leaves one wanting too much more. If you are weak this is for you.
