COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dragonís Milk is a 17th century term used to describe the strong beer usually reserved for royalty. This strong ale was aged in oak for over 120 days. The aging process extracts flavors from the wood, which contribute to its complex character. Hints of bourbon flavor perfectly compliment its roasted malts to produce a beer fit for a King.

This beer pours very dark with a small however frothy head. The aroma is dominated by maltiness. The taste is damn good on the front, oaky, bourbon and chocolate in the middle and sickning sweet achocol on the end. I would have enjoyed it better with a slighty lower gravity so i could enjoy the complexity, without getting slapped in the face by the alcohol in the end.

Smell of cacao, roasted coffee, hint of Bourbon, come in deep dark brown with thin head, taste of chocolate, Bourbon and sour coffee, texture could have been thicker, most beers brewed in Bourbon cage is expensive but this one is reasonable, very good overall

Malty, cocoa smell, white , light brown head, dark color, the taste is chocolate, bourbon sweetness, bitter chocolate, has a little burn to it after the swallow. This is a winner, love this beer.

I got this recommended to me by a bartender at Boone & Crockett in Milwaukee, it didnít quite match my expectations as it was describes as a full, sweet and syrapy stout. What I found was that it had a rich flavor but was still just a tad to acidic and simply not as sweet/full as it was told to be. The smal hints of mandarin did, in my opinion, not add to the overall impression. chocolate, caramel, citrus, brown, black, medium sweetness, medium bitterness, lightly sour, medium body,

Not a big fan of high gravity brews but this one is quite tasty. Really buzzed after just one. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Definite Bourbon aroma and taste with traces of vanilla and coffee. This is a very good stout. Bought a 4-pack at a convenience store in Michigan for $17. For that price I could have found a very decent bourbon back home.

Current Year (not aged). APPEARANCE ? pours perfectly black, as you?d expect. Thin white head with little staying power. NOSE ? extremely light bourbon scent. FLAVOR ? a fairly mellow bourbon flavor, more balanced than most bourbon barrel stouts on the market today. NOTES ? one of the better bourbon barrel aged stouts today. Nicely balanced and mellow.
