Commercial Description:
Consider it an extremely hoppy barleywine, or a really big IPA. Either way, ten hop additions contribute to its lush and intriguing body. Aggressive dry-hopping brings a strong citrus character to the aroma. The flavor and smell of orange-blossoms pervade throughout the experience.
Ingredience:Water,Barley(200 pounds per barrel of American-grown malted barley),Hops(10 hop-strikes,totaling 17 ounces per barrel of American-grown hops) and yeast(it is what it is).

Bottle: Amberish in color, leaning on the orange side, heavy haze, moderate off-white head, foamy, few rings of lacing.   Pale toasted marshmallows, slight citrus and hops on the nose.   Interesting...   Combination astringent hops, citrus peel, and grainy malts on the tongue.   Seems a little green.   Not as viscous or thick as you might think for a 10.5% beer.   Not alcoholic, but very warming.   Backside is fairly astringent, makes my mouth water.   Definitely green.   This one surely needs some time.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Could stand to be a bit thicker.   Not bad, but a little immature.   Hopefully that astringency mellows out with age.   Thanks Styles for the bottle!

Bottle. Poured a filtered orange color with a white head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, fruit, citrus hops. Taste is malty sweet with some citrus hops. An interesting barleywine. Finish is bitter and sweet. Mouth is pretty carbonated. Overall, pretty decent barleywine.

Color is primarily amber with a medium head. Aroma of this guy has alot of citrus, cantaloupe, and some floral earthiness. Flavor is a bit off at first - kind of like an Old Guardian gone bad, but it eventually works and got a bit better as it warmed and I paired it with some Chicken sausage. Mouthfeel is tingly with some alcohol taste/feel. Overall I’m disappointed as the hopped-uppedness is just a mess. They could have made a good DIPA, Barleywine, or somewhat different American Strong, but they kind of fell into no-mans land. OK, but should be better.

Bomber, had for almost a year. Poured a dark amber forming a small white head of foam. Fruity aroma almost sherry like, with light fruits like pears and apples. Flavours of dark fruits, raisins, and malts come through. I would have pegged this as an aged Imperial IPA, but the malts are heavy which in the end comes out barley wine style. Decent beer, I suppose.

Thanks to RagallachMC for the bomber. Clear orange/amber with a thin wisp of a head. Aroma of caramel, toffee and piney hops. Some apricot and citrus hops also in the taste, as well as some floral/honey sweetness. Mostly dry flavor, overall. A big, brash, American hop clinic. Not bad at all, but nothing amazing.

Copper pour with a slight haze, however it is really clean looking. Thin off white head with a little lace left behind. Fresh wet hop aroma a little grassy though. Sweet caramel flavor up-front with a pine hop finish. A slight hint of citrus lingering in my mouth leaves me wanting more.

Bottle most likely in trade from a forgotten source. Thanks! Pours orange and clear with a white head. Smell is malty, caramel and tast is caramel, a touch of booze and lightly aged hops. Drinkable, decent barley wine, but not too extraordinary.

Taste 7/8,bottle(date?) Looks: Gold and mildly cloudy. Thin head clings. Aroma: Citrus and floral hops. A little sweetness and yeast. Taste: Quite hoppy, not much malt chew for the 10.5abv. Very little carbonation. O.k.
