3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
22oz bottle served in a Blvd. Tank 7 tulip. Poured a hazy amber/gold with a couple of fingers of white head. Very fragrant with citrus and pine from the hops and a good dose of Belgian yeast spice. Medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation. Starts off with plenty of hop bitterness. Finishes with some Belgian spice. Very drying from hops in the finish as well. Very fresh tasting, which I always like. Interesting beer. Easy drinking.

Medium body, Smooth mouthfeel, dry spiced finsih, has a bite about it. Well, strong on spice overall. Drinks easy enough, but doesn’t wow me. was slow to finsih this one. starting to be a trend with this brewery

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Farmhouse funk. Yeah, that’s right. Decent in ways and others not. Too sour for instance. Nice brown tan IPA color. Nice head too.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
dark gold/light amber pour with a tight creamy head.
aroma is nice orange citrus and caramel maltiness under that.
More of the ’belgian’ in the flavour. Earthy yeastiness. apricot fruitiness. biscuity, dry, light citrusy and floral hop in the finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from A Southern Season. Great price. Pours orange/amber, hazy with a big off-white head that grows out of the glass. Nose is grassy and citrusy hops with bitter and spicy notes. Tastes refreshing but thin in flavor and palate.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft. Orange / amber color with decent head. Nice hoppy & spice aroma, some sweetness moderates the bitterness from the IPA. A complex style and I enjoyed.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bomber: Aroma has got a nice hop texture, yeasty, orange, and a light spice note. Appearance is a cloudy orange with a thick white head that lingers. Taste is like a hoppy belgian ale, somewhat dry on the aftertaste. Medium to light mouthfeel. Overall, Decent stuff I would drink this one again. Cheers!

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
If nothing else, NH definitely got the name for this beer correct. It’s definitely a "Farmhouse IPA". Problem is, it’s not all that farmy, and, much like Mad Hatter, the IPA base isn’t all that good. Super carbonated and looks lovely in the glass. Bitter with a touch of tart. Lots of citrus and pine. Thin - I wish this beer was much bigger. Boozy smell is not great.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle; Pour is murky golden with an overly carbonated, pillow top off white head that retains on the average side, I suppose into this tulip. Sticky cobwebs are present as lacing as well. The nose is lemons and grassy h ops, a touch of tropical fruits, and there is an earthy quality present here as well. The flavor profile shares those qualities, yet it is also bitter initially, and it finishes quite dry on the tongue. Almost annoyingly so - Anyway - this wasn’t bad by any means

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at Paradiso Dupont. Possibly the best beer ever brewed by New Holland- either intentionally or unintentionally Brett infected with great dryness and complexity.
Pours significantly better than the other beers on tap today with a massive, rocky beige head that leaves full sheets of lace. Nose is sugary peach, fresh tangerine, and a good wallop of fresh spearmint. Floral Brett and sweaty funk come through in the nose. Taste is very dry and extremely effervescent with sharp cedar and mild acid. Full doughy malt and biscuit comes in the background for malt backbone. Excellent stuff. Sort of like an Orval clone.
