I had this at Global Brew. Pours yellow with a white head. Taste lightly sweet, floral. I thought this was ok. I could drink this again.

Not that good. Kind of a weak flavor but too much alcohol content obvious to make this a good Kolsch. Citrus. Wheat. All kinda watery.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle, pours hazy yellow color, little head, but decent lacing throughout the pour. Typical German style brew, clean crisp flavors, refreshing finish.

Woops, almost forgot this. Thanx Eric.
This was poured into a stange.
The color had a light golden orange to yellow color with a slim finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute. Lacing, uh...not really, there wasn’t anything there.
The smell had a sweet hay/grassy aroma with light sweet crisp malt in the background,.
The taste was basically the same - barely anything different.
On the palate, this one sat fairly light and came across pretty sessionable.
Overall, good American - Kolsch styled ale that I would have again, maybe not an Alaskan Summer ale, but hey I can’t get this on a regular basis and since ABC recently started distributing to Michigan, the least is giving up some of Michigan, thank you New Holland. Cheers.

Sweet hay aroma. No head. Light golden color. Mouthfeel goes from light crisp and almost clean to dry, worn and rough. Taste is agreeable, slightly salty, considerably cat urine, but enjoyably so.

2.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Pours clear, medium yellow with moderate white head. Faint sweet, lemony aroma. Moderate level of carbonation. Not much going on for flavor. Light fruity sweetness with a slightly funky aftertaste. Overall, an okay light beer for a hot summer day.

Ahhh...I thought my life went full circle when I met Ned the Dead back in ’88. Or the time I saw Weird Al. Apparently not. But now that I have tried new Holland’s Full Circle Kolsch, I can say, without reservation "It would not be difficult Mein Fuhrer!" That’s how Dr. Strangelove would roll. And who am I to disagree with cinema’s finest action hero of all-time? So grab some Blatz and leave this stuff in your far distant past. You don’t need it. I don’t need it. And Bob Dole surely doesn’t need it!
