3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 Cybercat (2518) - Georgia, USA - FEB 12, 2013Strong aroma has a yeasty and slightly fruity overtone. It pours a clear and unimpressive straw yellow with a thick but not persistent white head. However, appearance ain’t everything, and if that is a beer’s weakest point, big fat hoppy deal. Mouth-filling flavor has robust malty, fruity and hoppy notes, with sweetness and bitterness nicely balanced. Firm, smooth texture has plenty of strong fizz. Prost!

12oz bottle. Pours a cloudy pale golden with bright white head. Grain and corn in the taste, along with a bit of lemon citrus. Pretty boring overall.

Tap at the V in Ashburn - I found this one pretty solid, but a bit boring, though that’s more about the style then there rendition of it.

Draft at the V. Pours golden with a thin white head. Not much on the nose. Notes of bread and fruit on the tongue. Finishes clean. Soiid for style.
3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 EtTuCthulhu (459) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - MAR 28, 2013
The aroma was quite subtle with touches of citrus hops, dough yeast, and fruit, but the color of the beer was a slightly hazy yet golden with a large white head that dissipated quickly. Once sipped, the taste was quite subtle, but currents of slight sweetness and slight sourness did arise; furthermore, the medium body, slick texture, average carbonation, and abrupt finish left a slightly crisp/refreshing taste in your mouth at first, but the palate would eventually lose its appeal upon sipping the whole beer.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Mittenator (538) - Michigan, USA - MAR 23, 2013
Bottle (from backlog). Light gold pour without much smell. Some bread, fruit and hay flavors. Good session beer I guess.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Alextricity (177) - Chesterfield Twp., Michigan, USA - MAR 20, 2013
Had on-tap at Twisted Rooster in Chesterfield, Michigan.
Meh. Honestly, I don’t even go through the categories individually. It’s a decent beer, but that’s all it is. The aroma and flavor are floral with a bit of hops. The beer’s pretty light and refreshing, but there’s nothing about it that blows my mind. New Holland is supposed to be an OUTSTANDING brewery, but this beer’s just... alright. Would have again. Definitely not bad for the $2 I spent for it.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 kaser (1122) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 13, 2013
Poured from bottle. Fresh lemony scent. Cloudy yellow orange with sticky white head. Very enjoyable and easy drinking beer. Nothing stands out about it except it is just smooth, slight citrus taste, mild malts, an overall good. Didn’t get the kolsch as style from it

Bottle at Amp 150 at the Cleveland Airport Marriott. Pale gold pour with a small white head. Light and crisp - not bad for the style.

Bottled pours pale yellow with a small snow white head. Aromas of hay grass and pit fruit. Kind of bland taste. A touch sour and bitter. Crisp acidity on the palate. Quick finish. Light bodied and lively. I’m not a kolsch fan. But this is decent
