UPDATED: JUL 31, 2011 Bottle. Poured a hazy yellow-amber in color with a small white fizzy head that was fully diminishing in a matter of seconds and virtually had no lacing to speak of. The aroma was quite mild but I did sense a light grain malt, a mild dose of a piney hop and a light soapy yeast with a hint of citrus and a touch of apricot. It tasted lightly hoppy and a little sour with a note of citrus in the beginning and finished with a nice mild hoppiness and had a hint of the apricot and citrus at the end. The flavor was left lingering on the taste buds for a nice long time after the swallow allowing for full enjoyment of this brew. Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a nice lively carbonation. Overall a nice light beer with a good fruity finish, definitely would be nice on a hot summer day after cutting the lawn.

Bottle. Pours clear, medium yellow with moderate white head. Faint sweet, lemony aroma. Moderate level of carbonation. Not much going on for flavor. Light fruity sweetness with a slightly funky aftertaste. Overall, an okay light beer for a hot summer day.

Ahhh...I thought my life went full circle when I met Ned the Dead back in ’88. Or the time I saw Weird Al. Apparently not. But now that I have tried new Holland’s Full Circle Kolsch, I can say, without reservation "It would not be difficult Mein Fuhrer!" That’s how Dr. Strangelove would roll. And who am I to disagree with cinema’s finest action hero of all-time? So grab some Blatz and leave this stuff in your far distant past. You don’t need it. I don’t need it. And Bob Dole surely doesn’t need it!

Aroma of hay-like malt with a very faint bit of pomegranate and some corn. Appears clear yellow and bubbly with a thin ring white foam. Tastes of corn and hay with a bit of kolsch funk. Palate is ordinary. Overall, a refreshing kolsch.

12 oz. bottle. Appearance is a hazy golden-straw color with a thick white head. Aroma is grass, lemon, a bit of earthiness, and some very mild skunk. Taste is a watery earthiness, some bready maltiness, and grassy hops. Not bad, probably pretty refreshing on a hot day.

Tasted on 4/10/14 from a capped 12oz bottle purchased at Craft Brewed. Pours hazy bronze with an average white head that slowly recedes to average lace with a touch of sticky lace along the inside of the glass. The nose is doesn’t have a whole lot going on with more malty bread than anything with just a touch of grassy green hops on the back. The flavor is the same non-descript light malty bread with a touch of bitterness on the grassy hops. The body is just under medium with average carbonation and a medium malty bread and somewhat bitter grassy hops finish.
