UPDATED: JUL 31, 2011 Bottle. Poured a hazy yellow-amber in color with a small white fizzy head that was fully diminishing in a matter of seconds and virtually had no lacing to speak of. The aroma was quite mild but I did sense a light grain malt, a mild dose of a piney hop and a light soapy yeast with a hint of citrus and a touch of apricot. It tasted lightly hoppy and a little sour with a note of citrus in the beginning and finished with a nice mild hoppiness and had a hint of the apricot and citrus at the end. The flavor was left lingering on the taste buds for a nice long time after the swallow allowing for full enjoyment of this brew. Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a nice lively carbonation. Overall a nice light beer with a good fruity finish, definitely would be nice on a hot summer day after cutting the lawn.

Bottle. Light golden body with a frothy white head. Light aroma of toasted grain, straw, lemon. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture turning syrupy, lively carbonation. Taste of grain with hint of citrus. Overly sweet and overly syrupy.

Bottled. Golden pour. Bit of a malty bread tinge. Light caramel. Not too bad but maybe over malty for the style for some.

Pours a hazy orange...the aroma is very light, but with a hint of herbs and spices..the flavor is light, refreshing, but it still has an herbal flavor...

Catching up on ratings...... On tap at Detroit Airport. Pours a light golden color, clear, and small white head. Aroma was hay, grass, and kind of funky. Taste was the same. Not much to it, just felt like a super light beer without much flavor.

Translucent orange/yellow. No head. Wonderful aroma including cereal, honey, pastry, and a hint of lemon. Absolutely adore this one. Medium bodied and slightly creamy. Begins with a smooth, creamy concoction of dough, cereal, honey with some slight tingling bubbles and finishes with a slightly hoppy sensation. I definitely need to incorporate more Kolsch into my beer drinking.

Pours slightly hazy bubbled straw yellow with a foamy white head that laces well. Aroma is grass/hay/grain with a touch of sweetness. Taste is slightly sweet bready malt, corn, grass. Really no bitterness. Very crisp when cold but a bit malty sweet. A decent kolsch.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a white head. Burnt sugar, caramel, and light almost squash-like notes on the nose. Sweet up front with mild corn syrup, light sponge toffee, and minerality that leads into maltiness and lighter metallic hops. Not my favourite beer style in the world, but this is entirely decent.
