Jan 29, 2004 2003 bottle. Wow, what a let down. Cool name, good brewery. Bottle conditioned at least, hazy almost green tinged color, bubbly. Small white head. What the hell is this flavor???? It's like light pear meets green apples gone bad. Sour, slightly acetic, bad. Stale with no malting perceptible. Maybe I'm being too harsh, but anyways, I didnt finish it and certainly didnt like it. Tasted like Miller Lite gets a make-over.

Apr 29, 2002 Big creamy head with some staying power and a silky, sweet (even American-adjuncty) hint of malt now and then, but it’s definitely overly dominated by the hops.
