COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Michigan grown hops are the story in this seasonal harvest ale. Hopivore is wet-hopped with hops added to the brew just hours after harvest, creating rare, fresh flavors.

Bottle pour to shaker. Nicely played wet-hop freshness in the aroma and in the taste.

Bottle from appalachian vintner. Pours brown with a 1/4 inch of khaki foam. Not much on the nose. Lots of malt on the nose. Kept waiting for the hoppiness you expect from the style but it never arrived.

(bottle) nice copper with very little head. Aroma has fruit (? apple), grass. Flavor is resin/grassy hops with a hint of light fruit, biscuit malt.

Hmm... as I opened this an Eminem song popped up on Pandora and the previous rater of this beer got it from a user named Slim Shady. Coincidence? Absolutely. 12 ounce bottle from Samís Quik Stop. Pours a slightly hazy orange-amber color with a medium sized creamy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of big toasty and caramel malts with peppery and herbal hops. The taste is bitter green and resiny hops with caramel malts. Some honey and toastiness as well. Medium bodied. Thereís no best by date on the bottle, so Iím hoping it was old when I bought it. Itís good, but falls short on the wet hop promise. And Iím used to New Holland falling short.

Compliments of Slim Shady. From bottle to tulip. Hazy amber color. Refreshing citrusy with mild hoppy bitterness. Not bad.

Floral, cirtrus, and mild grass aroma. Golden amber, with off-white heade and decent lacing. Floral, caramel, mild biscuit and citrus flavours. Full bodied, balanced, and medium bitter finish.

Very disappointing. I was hoping for a big fresh hop aroma and got really nothing. Hardly any aroma at all. Musty cellar with stale bread. The flavor was a bit better with a malty beginning but the hops never quite made it through. A little watery and bland. Looks nice though.

This poured a lighter amber color with a white head. Aroma was stale dusty hops, some salty cabbage, and mild grain. Flavor was much the same, very astringent and bitter, but not on a hoppy way. Just off

S: darker than anticipated, rusty brown, white head, not much lacing, A: bittersweet chocolate, a little hops, a little malt, not much else, very light T: not very bitter, slightly dry, not much malt, quick finish O: decent beer, but was hoping for more; got a 4-pack from new holland & thought it could be really good, the score is accurate, it is decent, but not special ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at New Holland last week. Reviewed from notes. Pours a moderate caramel color with a touch of a reddish hue. Good lacing. The nose carries faint hoppy notes along with some light bready malt. The flavor is pretty similar. Nothing too hoppy from a beer called Hopivore. Light-medium body with good carbonation and a semi-dry finish. Decent, but nothing to come back to.
