Ichabod combines malted barley and real pumpkin with cinnamon and nutmeg in a delicious and inviting brew. A rewarding complement to many dishes, Ichabod pairs well with autumnal foods such as poultry and root vegetables. After dinner, try it with your favorite dessert!

Draft at Franklin Tap. Wait, I haven’t had this one yet? Let’s rectify this right now, waitress! Dark brown beer under a thick, though short-lived head. Again, the smell is mostly pumpkin spice, mainly nutmeg and allspice. A rewarding, thick mouthfeel and there is a somewhat "veggie" taste of cooked gourd. Spices remain pretty forward on the palate. Despite all that, it’s pretty easy drinking. A slight creamy note works in toward the bottom of the glass.

Cask conditioned and served at room temperature in a snifter. This is without a doubt one of the best seasonal pumpkin beers I have tasted. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft pours amber. Nose malt and pumpkin spice. Taste malty sweet, pumpkin, nutmeg, clove, more of the spice than pumpkin. Some bitter on the finish. I enjoy the mix of spice and sweet.

Rich amber color but only faint aroma. More pumpkin than nutmeg/cinnamon taste. Prefer higher ABV% for pumpkin ales as this is only 5.2%. Good to try once but not my favorite pumpkin ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice golden color. Subtle sweetness. Perfect hints of cinnamon and nutmeg which went hand in hand with the pumpkin flavor. Had the right amount of hoppiness which didnt overpower the flavoring.

Draft. Slightly hazy golden yellow color, white head. Aroma of mixed spice. Taste is much more spice than gourd. Light body.

Beer pours a dark orange with a nice thick one to one half finger head. A lot of pumpkin pie spice on the nose. That’s about all there is. Taste is the same. Nice body on this. Not too thin at all. Adam’s wife gives it two thumbs up.

Subtle spice and pumpkin aroma. Amber with nice lacy, foamy head. Flavors are subdued. Finish is dry with a slight pumpkin spice aftertaste.

Draft. Had while in GR for artprize. Deep orange red in color. Aroma is of pumpkin spices and thyme. Expected a strong pumpkin flavor but was mostly all spice. Disappointing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
