Bottle. Pours medium amber with an off white head. Sweet and lightly toasted malts, light nutmeg, and hints of toffee. Spices come out just a bit more as it warms. Not bad.

Pours murky caramel and looks quite appetizing before you give it a sniff. Then it becomes a bit lack luster. The smell is very subtle and almost hard to make out. Though you can detect a hint of spiced pumpkin. The taste doesn’t fair much better. Very subtle and even a bit watery. Again a hint of pumpkin spice but nothing to write home about. Honestly a bit disappointing but not undrinkable.

Bottle. Deep amber color. Tan head. Small amount of lace. Smells and taste like most pumpkins.

Draft - pours pale amber with white head. Caramel and potpourri. Ok but did not meet expectations.

Easy drinking pumpkin ale. Not overly spiced, or too "pumpkiny". This brew is probably a good pumpkin intro beer for people who haven’t tasted this style.

Pretty good considering it features an ingredient that really has no place in the land of beer snobs.....had in a bottle in a hotel room in wytheville, va. even mom didn’t think it was horrible. nice amber color-thick head. decent flavor and well balanced- spice and pumpkin come through but not overpowering. some hoppy interest- overall one of the best pumpkin/ fall beers I have tasted.

Draft at Franklin Tap. Wait, I haven’t had this one yet? Let’s rectify this right now, waitress! Dark brown beer under a thick, though short-lived head. Again, the smell is mostly pumpkin spice, mainly nutmeg and allspice. A rewarding, thick mouthfeel and there is a somewhat "veggie" taste of cooked gourd. Spices remain pretty forward on the palate. Despite all that, it’s pretty easy drinking. A slight creamy note works in toward the bottom of the glass.

Cask conditioned and served at room temperature in a snifter. This is without a doubt one of the best seasonal pumpkin beers I have tasted. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft pours amber. Nose malt and pumpkin spice. Taste malty sweet, pumpkin, nutmeg, clove, more of the spice than pumpkin. Some bitter on the finish. I enjoy the mix of spice and sweet.

Rich amber color but only faint aroma. More pumpkin than nutmeg/cinnamon taste. Prefer higher ABV% for pumpkin ales as this is only 5.2%. Good to try once but not my favorite pumpkin ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
