Not going to write much. It was just an average beer. Poured a light amber with a quickly disappearing head. Aroma is better than the taste. Mouthfeel is watery. Supposedly real pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg, but still tasted a bit artificial to me.

Tap. Pours a mostly transparent amber with a thin layer of off white head. Aroma and taste of pumpkin, malts, with hints of spices, mostly nutmeg and cinnamon.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz. bottle purchased at Julio’s Liquors. Nice orange pour with head that laced until conclusion. Aroma is the typical notes cinnamon, nutmeg, caramel and mild pumpkin. For the first time in awhile I actually smell pumpkin pie filling.
Flavor has much more pumpkin gourd rather then a blast of spice. The spice is still in in the cinnamon and nutmeg spice. However, not all "pumpkin" beers have actually pumpkin flavor., this brew does however. Body is a lighter side of the medium spectrum. Really nice flavor and super easy to knock back. Like!

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz bottle from Evergreen Discount. Deeper amber and hazy/cloudy appearance with a beige head and light lacing. Aroma of pumpkin pie, spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, toffee and light caramel malts. Similar flavor, spiced and lightly malty with light sweetness and a lingering, light, spicy, bitter finish. Light to medium body, pretty thin on the palate. Kind of meh.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours slightly cloudy dark orange with very small particles floating about, slight of white thin head, some thin lacing. Aroma pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, toasted malt. Taste toasted malt and pumpkin up front, cinnamon and nutmeg kick in mid mouth and stay throughout, sweet pumpkin pie finish. Mouthfeel medium body and carbonation, sweet finish. Overall tasty beer, classic pumpkin ale, balanced and drinkable.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle, thanks sevenhokie! Strong spice aroma with a lot of nutmeg and some cinnamon and perhaps a bit of pumpkin. Pours orange amber with a thin white head that dissipates quickly and no lacing. Starts with subtle pumpkin flavor with spice. Finishes quite spicy with the same strong spices from the aroma on the palate. Not bad, but fairly mundane pumpkin.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Savannah, Ga. - Habersham Beverage Warehouse - Abercorn - 12 oz bottle. Pours a dark copper with a light bubbly off-white head that fades after a while. Aroma has some nutmeg accents, some ripening vegetables. Flavor has a similar profile with the nutmeg being quite prominent with some horehound candy making its way in the back end. Mouthfeel is thick enough. Pretty decent pumpkin ale.

Tap at republic. Light copper with small head. Resin and cooked spice aroma. Sweet syrup taste and mouthfeel. Can taste clove but other spices are watered down. Spicy finish but without the waxy mouthfeel I wanted. Average pumpkin.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy amber orange color. Small creamy beige head. Light grainy malt aroma. Notes of ripe fruit and cinnamon. Toasted malt flavor has a spicy backdrop. Hints of cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg. Overall, pretty mainstream as pumpkin ales go.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
"Disagree with the lower scores here. There’s all the requisite spices, for better or worse, but this stands slightly apart from the crowd because of the beautiful dark amber color and a vegetal note (think squash) in the aroma and flavor that is not present in the majority of pumpkin beers, giving this another layer of complexity and yumminess."
