COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ichabod combines malted barley and real pumpkin with cinnamon and nutmeg in a delicious and inviting brew. A rewarding complement to many dishes, Ichabod pairs well with autumnal foods such as poultry and root vegetables. After dinner, try it with your favorite dessert!

I gotta say that the aroma and color of this brew are just awesome. This stuff provides an extremely rich, but not too sweet pumpkin pie flavor. The head is like whipped cream. It is also potent, finishing with an almost opiate-like glowing buzz. Call me crazy, but I consider this among the finest alcoholic beverages I’ve ever tried, period.

My Favorite Beer. Always tastes delicious. My dad always taught me the first sip of a beer is the best. This beer has a slight exception. The last sip is just as good as the first. The pumpkin is not that strong in this beer but the cinnamon and nutmeg are. Highly recommend!

Tremendous Spice ale. Light pumpkin pie spice fills this wonderful ale as well as the faint flavor of pumkin. Dark red in color, the flavors are not overdone where they kill the taste of a good beer.

Great beer. One of the most popular throughout the Cosmopolitan Fraternity. Keep on drunking ’cause drunk days are better!

UPDATED: MAR 9, 2008 Nice pumpkin color and a slightly sweet scent. Funny on first taste it seemed to have a sour hoppy grapefruit taste similer to their zoomer wit and was only good after it warmed. Second time I had it it was great. I really tasted a gingerbread thing and very pumpkin like. Not a real sweet beer but it is nicly spiced.

Wonderful nose of pumpkins and spice. On the palate it was malty but also had plenty of that yummy pumpkin pie taste. Lighter for a pumpkin beer but that comes in handy on those indian summer nights. I’d have to say this was my favorite pumpkin beer so far this season.

A very good pumpkin ale. It was very smooth with a spiced pumpkin pie taste. i highly recomend it out of a keg if you get a chance.
