Jan 6, 2008 Loved this. A great version of a tripel. Light in color with some bubbles. Taste is a little yeasty with some great pumpkin spices. A little more light fruit in as well.

Dec 3, 2007 On tap at the Autumn Fest 2007. Pours amber. The aroma is spicy and yeasty with Belgian yeast. Taking a drink, tastes mostly yeasty and spicy, a hint of pumpkin.

Nov 5, 2007 Had this on tap at the brewery. a take off from their ichabod pumpkin ale. Aroma was spicy with some nice fruit. Taste was nice fruit, yeasty, a hint of pumpkin and lots of spice. This would probably taste great with pumpkin pie. I like this experiment.

Sep 18, 2007 on tap at NHBC autumn fest 07...this was an ichabod (or pumpkin rather) infused triple...very good overall, and certainly one of the best beers i have had from them...pours golden amber with medium white head..aroma of citrus notes, yeast, nutmeg, and slight pumpkin..ditto on the flavor...very crisp, nicely carbonated, and perfect for a fall day...well done
