New Holland Imperial Hatter

Draft at brewpub. Poured hazy copper with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet malty and sour citrus aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Medium to heavy smooth biitersweet flavor with a heavy bittersweet finish of long duration. I would recommend this to a freind.

on tap at NH brewpub. pours copper with white head. aroma is fruity, mostly fruit punch hop aroma. flavor is biscuity, fruity, didn’t really come off as much bigger than the regular hatter. decent though.

on tap at the brewpub for mad hatter days. pours brassy color with thick white head. caramel aroma is very strong. flavor is caramel, citrus hops. very, very good beer.

Draught @ the brew pub. Pours a clear copper color with a medium creamy beige head that is mostly lasting and leaves sporadic lacing. The aroma is caramel malt, a little spicey, fruity (oranges and some dark fruit), with the slightest of floral notes. The flavor is more caramel malt, slight toffee, nectarines, slight alcohol, and a decent bitter finish. Definetl more solid than the regular IPA.

Poured an orange color. Deeper and darker than the original. Nice big citrus smell. Taste is grapefruit, some very distant malt, the finish is nice with a huge citrus punch. Nothing groundbreaking here, but this was a pleasure to drink.
