A robust renovation of the India Pale Ale. Assertive dry-hoppying provides an aromatic telltale nose, indicative of the bitter symphony to follow. Bold hop character with lively grapefruit and citrus notes. 20° Plato, Alc. 9.4% by Vol.

Bomber. Pours a flaky reddish dark amber with a resilient, creamy white head. Aroma is barley sugar, red fruit and light hops. Flavor is barley sugar, fruits, caramel, resin and alcohol. Finish is herbal and grapefruit. Lingering red candy. Medium body, sticky mouthfeel, weak to average carbonation.

1 dec 2014, bottle. Light orange, clear, some bubbles and sediment. Nose is bitter grass, resin, and alcohol. Med/full body and mildly fizzy. Sweet malt and alcohol, grassy hops aren't very bitter but they are dry and linger. Alcohol lingers a bit as well. Pretty good!

I think this might be a bottle I keep for the shelves. Pours a murky deep dark golden brown color. Amber. Thick off white head. Aroma is of hops, citrus and grain. Kind of a hoppy fall harvest scent. Full palate. Very dry hop bite hits me smack in the face. This is probably one of the driest beers I’ve ever had. Bitter, boozey, thick, different, mouthwatering.

22 oz Bomber. Tasted on 10/11/14. Beer courtesy of Chae. The beer has a deep copper color & medium head. The aroma had some pine & light citrus notes. The taste was smooth & well balanced with a great body & a dry clean finish. Overall a pretty nice beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

651 ml. bottle. 9.3% ABV per the label. Vintage 2014. Pours a medium, tiny bubbled, well retained, ivory head with some lacing, over a clear, but particle laden, dark amber (SRM 14) body.....nose is pine, resin, citrus peel hints from the hops, light cereal malts from the malts, balance to the hops, no esters......taste is slightly sweet, with light toffee/caramel tones from the malts, pine resin, hints of citrus peel from the hops, ending with a moderate hops bitterness, balance to the hops.......mouth feel, medium body, moderately sticky, alcohol warmth present, carbonation low, with light acid. This is a relatively light take on an I/DIPA. The hop complexity in both aroma and flavor are relatively low. It has a soft hop bitterness, with balancing malts. It is nicely balanced, but is much more an "East Coast" rendition of the style than many "hop bombs". BJCP 7/2/13/4/6
