A robust renovation of the India Pale Ale. Assertive dry-hoppying provides an aromatic telltale nose, indicative of the bitter symphony to follow. Bold hop character with lively grapefruit and citrus notes. 20° Plato, Alc. 9.4% by Vol.

Foamy, cloudy copper with a head that dies quickly. Grapefruit aroma punch in the face. Very bitter with a very bitter aftertaste, but the aftertaste dies quickly. High alcohol is virtually undetectable. Finish is surprisingly dry with pine nuts and slight caramel. On tap @ 3 Cellars in Franklin, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Nice overall appearance of opaque copper although not a great foam head, 1/2 finger. Decent lacing. Aroma is a sweet fruity and floral complexity. Very nice nose. Tastes of creamy plums with slight bitter dry back of the palate. Nice drinkable IPA for a 9.4 abv.

Hazed dark orange.Slight head, slight lace. Strong herbal pungent aroma. Earthy like. Some caramel malt. Taste is smooth malty, with a strong herbal piney hop bite.Caramel ,dry toasty robustness.Bitter linger with a dry chaulky toast. Reminds me of Sprechers imperial ipa. Probably not fresh ,but seems is always the case whenever I can find NH stuff. Its ok cant say I really enjoyed it drinks ok though doesnt seem this big there are definatly lots of imperial ipas I would take over this anyday.

Post-Yonah BSP run. The pour is dark orange, with a medium, tan head. Strong citrus nose, with some distinct floral hops, black pepper, and honey notes. This is a very bitter beer, but with a good malt backbone, resulting in a smooth and delicious flavor, with a bitter and spicy finish. The palate is heavy, grainy, and fairly carbonated. Overall, this is a stellar IIPA. The aroma is deep, and the flavor is smooth and pleasant.

Orange amber pour with a fluffy white head. Sweet caramel malts, resiny, piney and citrus hops on the nose. Thick, sticky, resiny hops throughout the flavor with backing sweetness. Solid bitter end that lingers around for awhile. Pretty tasty.

12 oz bottler. Pours a copper color with a soapy white head. Aroma of pine and citrus hops. Taste is just like nose. Citrus and pine with a subtle caramel to balance. Nice Imperial. Not as bitter as the nose would lead to believe. Dry citrus rindy finish.
