COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A robust renovation of the India Pale Ale. Assertive dry-hoppying provides an aromatic telltale nose, indicative of the bitter symphony to follow. Bold hop character with lively grapefruit and citrus notes. 20° Plato, Alc. 9.4% by Vol.

Pours a clear deep amber with a smallish white head and medium carbonation. Aroma is very piney, floral and a bit bready. Not really "over the top" as I have come to expect from DIPAs. Flavor is medium to heavy bitter with a light malty sweetness. Medium to full bodied, sticky texture. Very abrupt dry finish. A very nice beer from what is becoming one of my favorite breweries.

Little head and lacing. Hazy orange color. Citrus hop aroma similar to hopslam, however when tasted does not finish nearly as well. Has strong alcohol bite. Overall good imperial IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle with a bottling date of 17 May 2016. Hazy orange-amber body with a very good, off-white head. Patterned sticky lacing left on the glass. Aroma: quite fruity, mildly pungent, reeking of "citrus hops". Flavor: largely follows the aroma. Moderately high bitterness; Hints of spices and soft ripe fruits. Feel: Medium body and medium+ carbonation. Overall: a drinkable hop bomb with high but partially hidden alcohol.

Aroma is floral, citrus, malt, light but piny. Appearance is hazy, amber golden, light tan head. Taste is booze, pine, citrus, malt. Mouthfeel is light to medium body, light crisp carbonation, pine and booze aftertaste. Overall, this one is ok.

Bottled@The Bishops Arms, Umeĺ. Hazy amber colour, small white head. ARoma is glue, fruits, grass and some crisp maltiness as well. Flavour is hoppy, some alcohol and grassy notes with also some mild wooden and sweet malty notes to it. Slightly too much on the boozy side of things.

Bottle at Bishops Arms, Umeĺ. BB 02/2016. Murky orange color, small white head. Resiny, "dry yeasty" aroma. Medium-bodied. Resiny, piney, alcoholic, a bit glueish. Heavy.

Pours deep gold into a tulip. Pancake head with good retention recedes leaving scant lacing. Sourdough and grapefruit aromas. Soft with sweet pineapple and caramel upfront turning to hot resin and grapefruit before the lasting overripe banana finish. Meh.

on tap @ Hebron BrewHaus / Hebron KY --- Clear deep maple amber color, ivory head that drops to a thick rim, splashes of lace. Taste is malt with mild caramel that scoots through mild carbonation to enough citrus hops to balance. This is good, but seems light for an imperial.

12 oz single bottle (10%) from the Craft Beer Cellar - Fort Collins. Hazy orange appearance with sediment throughout. Aroma of resinous hops, light citrus zest and light grapefruit. Similar flavor, adding caramel malt, light toffee and light butterscotch. Medium to full body with a bitter finish. OK.
