COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A robust renovation of the India Pale Ale. Assertive dry-hoppying provides an aromatic telltale nose, indicative of the bitter symphony to follow. Bold hop character with lively grapefruit and citrus notes. 20° Plato, Alc. 9.4% by Vol.

Pours a clear deep amber with a smallish white head and medium carbonation. Aroma is very piney, floral and a bit bready. Not really "over the top" as I have come to expect from DIPAs. Flavor is medium to heavy bitter with a light malty sweetness. Medium to full bodied, sticky texture. Very abrupt dry finish. A very nice beer from what is becoming one of my favorite breweries.

Hazy amber. Nose thick with lemon citrus, orange, faint lime, mild caramel and some booze. Flavor is tangy lemon and orange bitterness with caramel malt. Some more booziness. Juicy, tart lemon finish. Medium+ mouthfeel.

Slightly hazy brilliant golden with a thin foamy cap. Pungent floral and grapefruity hop aroma you can smell several inches from the glass. Lovely sticky sweetness but also has a floral resin tone and a bit of orange and grapefruit resins. Delightful flavor that brings subtle earthiness to an otherwise bright and slightly piney but very floral and very citric rind flavor, leafy resinous bitterness, then a stern caramalty sweetness behind it. Very balanced but very big, very flavorful. Nicely done.

355ml bottle at home. Almost clear golden orange color with off white head. Aroma is hoppy and malty, pine, citrusy fruity, light grassy, caramel. Sweet and heavy bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Aroma is yeast, bread and citrus. The flavor is citrus, fruit, spices, malts and a mix of slight sourness/heat/bitterness in the finish.

12 oz. bottle poured into a pint glass. Copper colored. Makes me think it’s going to be malty before I even try it. The head disappears quickly. Not so aromatic, really. Less than I would have expected. I smell a caramel maltiness more than hops. Maybe a bit of piny hops. Good hop flavor, maybe not like a DIPA should have, but it’s good. Hardly any bitterness from the hops. The malt flavor is apparent. Not too sweet, just enough to balance the hops. Just thick enough to justify the 9.4% alcohol. Carbonation is maybe a bit low. Makes it feel slightly too creamy for the style. I thought maybe it was a bit astringent in the finish, but that seemed to go away after a few sips.

an orange color poor, with a small head. has a pine aroma with a hint of citrus. Has a strong malt and bready flavor which subdues the hop bitterness

Pours a cloudy orange. Aroma is vegetal (boo!). The taste is cleaner, but still only average.

Pours barely translucent dark honey golden-brown with a thin buff head. Hoppy aroma had a strong citrus note and a malty underpinning. Strongly hoppy flavor has firm fruity notes, cotrus and apple, plus malty and caramel hints. Fairly firm texture is rather fizzy. Put on yer Imperial hat!
