COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Incorrigible celebrates the beauty of mischief. Wild yeasts and bacteria run free in our sour-aging cellar, the House of Funk, creating vibrant sour and acidic character in this delicate, yet complex wheat beer. The refreshingly tart session beer will tease your palate with a subtle, layered nuance.

Pours light clear straw yellow with a white head. The aroma brings bran cereal from the wheat base, a little sweet. The flavor brings tart wheat notes as expected, with some off bitter tang at the end.

From a bottle. Pours medium in color, no head. Very sour to the nose and tangy on the palette. Not very complex nor one of my favorite sours, but low in price. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A lovely light sour beer. Has a long sour after taste that is tart and light. Murky light gold color with minimal to no aroma. Startlingly original.

750mL Bottle. Thanks Sean! This is listed as a Berliner Weisse?!?! Holy crap is it sour. I really donít know if Iíve had a beer this sour. Itís sour patch kid, sweet tart, warhead sour sour sour. Aroma gives a good blend of young lambic funk, light oak and some corn-y grain. On the palate and acid wash, lactic and citric, incredibly intense. I donít know how drinkable this beer is, but it sure has a lot of flavors going on. Itís extreme. White grapefruit, barrel oak, watermelon, plain olí citric acid, and lots of lemon.

Pours into a faint apple juice color. Almost like a white wine with a bright white head that dissipates quickly. Has a distinct funky tart aroma. At first sip an all at once tart funky flavor with a strong carbonation. Very similar to a sparkling white wine. A dry finish. A tad bit on the sweet side. Not bad at first but it becomes very sweet as it goes and starts to become a bit undrinkable. About what I expected from the series.

22 oz bottle. Pours a clear golden white wine color with wisp of white head. Aroma is aromatic funk via Brett, oak, sour funk, and slight vanilla. Flavor is acetic upfront with puckering sourness via lacto with oak, white grapes, and a pleasant dry finish. Medium bodied, active carbonation, solid.

Bottle shared by RussianDragon. Beer and music. ŅQue hora es? The beer is light golden and clear with nary a trace of head. Aromas of white wine, subtle peach character, apple, grape skin, oak, brett. Apple juice and white wine. Like communion...sorta. Light acetic character. White grape juice. Light in body with some prickly carbonation in the back end. Letís go for a walk.
