Incorrigible celebrates the beauty of mischief. Wild yeasts and bacteria run free in our sour-aging cellar, the House of Funk, creating vibrant sour and acidic character in this delicate, yet complex wheat beer. The refreshingly tart session beer will tease your palate with a subtle, layered nuance.

Draft and 22 oz bottle - pours a clear golden color with thin white head that disappears quickly . Sour barnyard aromas. Taste is basically the same with a mild biscuity flavor from the wheat . No real distinguishing flavors though it is actually a really refreshing beer . Not bad considering the price ... $4.99 for a 22 oz bottle ...I can live with that . ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at hopcat. Pours golden with a white head. Pungent and sour on the nose which is remarkable considering this one only weighs in at 4.9%. Crisp and acidic on the tongue, this none really cuts through the phlegm. Finish lingers a bit but that’s ok. I really, really dig this one.

22 oz. bottle. Pours dark, purplish-red, with a small, off-white head and lots of fizzy carbonation. The nose is strong berries, followed up with lemon juice, yogurt, white bread, and butterscotch. Predominantly tart flavor, with some nice fruity sweetness. Light to medium body, very lively and bubbly, acidic, and crisp. Overall, this is an assertive Berlinerweisse, but the fruit additions mellow it out well, and round out a very nice, tart beer.

On tap at the Flying Saucer St. Louis. It poured a hazy straw color with a white head. The aroma was of wheat, oak, lemon and a touch of wine with some sourness. The taste was of tart lemons, wheat and wine. Very nice.

Poured from 22 oz. bottle. Very clear, golden color with almost no head and only trivial lacing. Aroma of apples, white table grapes, funk and aged cheese. Taste is pretty much the same, but with a touch of oak. Medium/light body and medium carbonation. Fruity and acidic (vinegary) without much complexity. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Shared with the crew at BSP. Was not expecting much here but was pleasantly surprised. Clear yellow color wiht lots of bubbles and effervescence that comes through in the texture. Light fruit, nice funky cheese aromas and flavors. Hay grass aroma and lightly hopped on the finish.

Shared with the crew @ BSP. Well this was a surprise. Used as a buffer between the Mex Cake set and more barrel aged stuff. Well placed. Lactic, sour white grapes, some oak and a bit of funk. Light and refreshing with an active palate.
