Incorrigible celebrates the beauty of mischief. Wild yeasts and bacteria run free in our sour-aging cellar, the House of Funk, creating vibrant sour and acidic character in this delicate, yet complex wheat beer. The refreshingly tart session beer will tease your palate with a subtle, layered nuance.

Draft and 22 oz bottle - pours a clear golden color with thin white head that disappears quickly . Sour barnyard aromas. Taste is basically the same with a mild biscuity flavor from the wheat . No real distinguishing flavors though it is actually a really refreshing beer . Not bad considering the price ... $4.99 for a 22 oz bottle ...I can live with that . ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Shared bomber. Clear gold color, looks like apple cider. Super, super tart! Then sweet lemon-orange fruit. I have little experience with the style. I enjoyed it.

Very pale yellow pour with a white disappearing head. Aroma is sour, vinegar and light fruit. Tate is sour, barnyard. It cleanses your palate. Light fruit and refreshing. Vinegar taste is a little acidic. No lacing at all.

Pours clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is bright with berries, citrus, oak, vanilla, mild malt and raspberries. It has a fairly light biting body with minor sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with citrus bit and more malt than the aroma. There is a lot of smooth oak balancing things out and mild lactic notes. The finish has spiciness, more oak and mild berries. Nice.

Nice bubbly view. Very fizzy. Weak head. Smells strong like some sort of saffron infused eastern food. Eew. But wait. Maybe good? This might grow on me. When it hits your lips it burns nicely. Tastes strange. Numbing?

Poured a golden yellow color from the bottle with aromas of light hay, some tartness and a touch funk. Flavors are light sour wheat and some hay, a touch of lemon and some light sourness. Decent overall a basic berliner overall could enjoy this for hours.

Poured from a bottle. Clear golden color, short lived small white head. Sour nose. Medium body with a tangy flavor that has a nice transition to a nice finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
