COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Incorrigible celebrates the beauty of mischief. Wild yeasts and bacteria run free in our sour-aging cellar, the House of Funk, creating vibrant sour and acidic character in this delicate, yet complex wheat beer. The refreshingly tart session beer will tease your palate with a subtle, layered nuance.

Draft and 22 oz bottle - pours a clear golden color with thin white head that disappears quickly . Sour barnyard aromas. Taste is basically the same with a mild biscuity flavor from the wheat . No real distinguishing flavors though it is actually a really refreshing beer . Not bad considering the price ... $4.99 for a 22 oz bottle ...I can live with that . ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Refrigerated brown bomber poured into a glass. Slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is nice tart, medium/kight body, medium/low carbonation, some lime, and thin small-bubble lacing. Taste is tart, funky, acidic, and soft finish. Real flavorful berliner.

Look, this was @ the gardens, great place for a beaver countian Rbeerian. I thought this would be a rather rude beer, especially from the start, it came across with a permanent hair treatment smell. However after the taste I fell for it. It was so tart and tasty. Mind you. Not overt the top in vinegar but just enough to make you think that it was healing yer gout, yummy. Such a good, well made American beer. Fun and interesting, goes well with a vinegary romain salad, yea! THIS BEER ROCKS

22 ounce bottle. Served in a Prairie Teku glass, the beer pours a mostly clear gold color with an inch white head that stuck around a while. There isnít much lacing. The brew smells mostly like wheat/grainy malt, and some green apples and grape skins. Aroma is nice, but doesnít seem very tart. Luckily, the tartness really comes out in the flavor of this brew. It tastes like green apples, vinegar, white grapes, lemons/lemon peel, wood, earthiness and wheat/grainy malt. Mouthfeel/body is light, itís a bit slick and has low/moderate carbonation. I thought this was a good brew, itís certainly nice and refreshing. And at $5.99 a bottle, itís definitely worth a try at that price!

The taste is white grapes, tart lactic sourness, wheat, lime jello. Medium bodied, lingering tartness. Nice beer.

Bottle. Light gold pour with a small foamy head that fades to a very thin ring. Aromas are funky barnyard brett, lime, grapes, and light grain. Tastes like sweet tarts, brett, generic fruitiness, lime, and light wheat. Perfect moderate sourness throughout. Nice tart finish thatís not too dry. A surprisingly good sour New Holland.
