COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Incorrigible celebrates the beauty of mischief. Wild yeasts and bacteria run free in our sour-aging cellar, the House of Funk, creating vibrant sour and acidic character in this delicate, yet complex wheat beer. The refreshingly tart session beer will tease your palate with a subtle, layered nuance.

Draft and 22 oz bottle - pours a clear golden color with thin white head that disappears quickly . Sour barnyard aromas. Taste is basically the same with a mild biscuity flavor from the wheat . No real distinguishing flavors though it is actually a really refreshing beer . Not bad considering the price ... $4.99 for a 22 oz bottle ...I can live with that . ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

It might be incorrigible but itís certainly not unapproachable. New Hollandís Berliner Weisse is pleasantly laid back. Itís yellow and cloudy. Bright, tart citrus aromas redolent of some white wine varieties. Citrus and berry tartness in the flavor. Itís unmistakably sour, but the acidity is kept to a satisfying, not-overwhelming level. Lovely Berliner Weisse from the Midwest.

Mostly clear orange pour with healthy amount of larger bubbles constantly rising. Thing corona of white head at the glass. Rubbery sour aroma with tart raspberry. Soft carbonation, mouthfeel slightly frothy but viscous and light, finishes clean. Tastes of leather, tart berry, bit of rubber. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A very good example of a sour. Aroma has funk to it. Maybe some sour apples or grapes.Appearance is golden blonde with a hue of yellow. Taste will be with you for a while. Has a heavily sour presence to it.the palate has a medium body, with a fizzy long finish. Overall a very solid sour beer by New Holland.

On tap at Lunar Brewing Co. and snifter served displaying a clear, rosy color, with a presentable & gradually diminishing layer of white head foam to a persistent ring, light film, and subtle spots of lacing. The nose was light sweetness & funkiness, with tart berry & cherry, and a hint of cracker/cookie to the back. Medium bodied, with lively carbonation, the taste was extremely tart to sour, same impression of esters, the hint of grain, and dry through the finish. A little too much puckering, and a bit less enjoyment.
