Jul 22, 2002 Deep brown, little head. Sweet deep aroma, complex malty with hint of alcohol (port). Taste is roasty, sweet malty, with a pleasant hint of alcohol. Good body that finishes malty bitter. Very nice beer!

May 7, 2002 Funk introduced me to this unbelievable beverage and call me impressed. It is smooth from start to finish with a variety of chocolatety-alish overtones finished with just the right amount of hops. DELICIOUS!
