(12oz bottle) Clear pale straw body topped by small white head. Aroma is medium sweet, some grassy, light fruity (pear, nectarine). Taste is medium sweet, fruity, some grassy, light lemon, honey, grain/bread. Light-medium body, light crispness, fairly drinkable.

@ Michigan Beerfest-on tap-pours a foamy white head and yellow color. Aroma is spice/perfume/grass, continental hops, grain/wheat. Taste is pepper/spice/perfume/grass, continental hops, grain/wheat. OK effervescence.

Draft at Ashley’s, Ann Arbor, MI. Poured clear golden color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate fruity sour citrus aroma. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Medium balanced flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable beer.

12oz bottle. Poured medium yellow color with a large sized white head. Aromas of rotting vegetables (like my garbage disposal backed up), citrus, and grainy. Tastes of grains with some citrus. Thin body.

Bottle: Pours a transparent golden bronze with a wispy-lacing thin white head. Aroma of lightly sweet pale malt and some grain along with faint citrusy esters. Body is mildly earthy grainy and semi-sweet but not very fresh or crisp with a drier, blander finish. Somewhat true to style, but not all that good.

Cheesy aroma, pale yellow with minimal foaming head. Rather light mouthfeel, with a bit of creaminess secondary,and weak dry finish. Unfinishable.

Clear yellow pour, instant corn and fuesal notes in the nose, with a similar taste of dried corn, rubber, acetone and other chemicals, mixed up in a supposed pils malt and lightly hopped body. It says it’s recommended with salads and vegetables, and maybe that’s because it smells and tastes like vegetables.

Bottle from Capone’s. Medium gold pour with big 3-finger or so white head and a lot of carbonation streams. Aroma is pale malt, some hopcitrus and a dash of honey. The flavor is pale malty, with a crisp finish, and also some spicy hop and mild citrus notes. This one comes across as a cream ale and pils hybrid.
