COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Is insanely dry hopped with Centennial Hops. This pale copper colored ale has a flowery hop aroma and a bold hop bitterness. Hop Heads Only Please!

On tap at Dan's. The pour is a golden color with a decent white head and some great clingy lace. The aroma is big on the citrus and floral hops. Tropical fruits come through on the back end and the smell is just great. The flavor is a bit more malt forward than the nose would lead on. The floral hops and tropical fruits are definitely relaxed. The mouth feel is a touch thin with a good carbonation and a quick fading, albeit mildly bitter hop finish ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Distinctively an IPA but unlike any other. Lighter body, milder hoppiness, more rounded fruitiness. Highly drinkable and quite refreshing. Kudos for the relatively low abv.

Pours a copperish/rich gold color with a minimal head leaving some lacing. Great aroma of well blended citrus and piney hops, sweet malt and a hint of biscuit. I enjoy how the hop combination compliments the light caramel malts. It's not a huge IPA but has more body than a typical IPA.

Old rating. Bottle from Old Town. Pours a copper amber color with a thin off-white head. Floral hops, pine needles, tree sap, caramel on the nose. Taste is fairly well-balanced with the malts and hops working together. Low ABV but nice resiny flavor.

Bottle. Pours a clear darker amber beer with a small white head on top. Aroma is rahter floral, some herbal, leafy hops, grassy notes and a malty touch. Flavor is mildly bitter for IPA standards, yet full bodied and hoppy. Guessing it must be an older bottle, most hop characters have faded a bit, but itís stlll nice and hoppy and certainly enjoyable. Decent.

Very solid IPA. A little bit less hop bitterness than I would like, but for the low ABV itís pretty solid. Very dark amber IPA here...and very malty too. This is a good session IPA in my view. Not my number one, but a very good beer.

Pours a hazy dark amber from a bottle, aroma is a dank pine cleaner, flavor is a slightly malty, rather vegetal taste. But a good beer.

This beer is like a log cabin built by Abe Lincoln. Solid, and frill-less..... And cold.... Very hoppy for the abv, I am a fan.

12oz bottle. Pours a light amber with an off white head. Mild hop aromas with notes of citrus and pine. Nothing over the top but a pretty decent IPA overall.

undated 12 oz bottle served in pint glass. {re-sampled and reviewed on 10/2011 with a sample that was significantly hazy). Pours a nearly clear amber with a 1-finger off-white head. Head has good durability. A - A clear aroma of citrus fruit rising from the table as I pour this beer. Upon closer examination, I find a sweet, complex aroma that is both fruity and floral. Thereís a malt backbone here too. T - largely as indicated by the aroma, this is a relatively sweet IPA. Iím sure the hop flavor will be too light for some, but this is the best Amer. IPA Iíve come across for use as an introductory IPA for those used to less hoppy beers. Still, adequate strength of flavor and great quality in this well-crafted blend of hops and malt. Has a substantial hop flavor and aroma, yet has no hop íbiteí; nor is it overly bitter. Perhaps a bit timid for style, but adequate hop flavor for production of a lasting hoppy aftertaste. M - body is a bit light but this is relatively smooth for an IPA and has a nice dryness in the finish. Good carboation. O - excellent choice as a sessionable and fruity IPA. Refreshing; not challenging.
