Is insanely dry hopped with Centennial Hops. This pale copper colored ale has a flowery hop aroma and a bold hop bitterness. Hop Heads Only Please!

Smells like a recently felled pine tree. The hops are bitter enough to make you cringe at the first few sips, but then you can settle in and enjoy one. I really prefer the Imperial Hatter, that one has heavy alcohol and some sweetness to balance out the hops.

12oz bottle into a pint glass. Pours a hazy dark orange, nearly brown with a one finger thick white head with substantial head retention and lacing. Aroma is very earthy and dank with just a few touches of tropical citrus. Lots of toast and caramel underneath coming from the malt. Really nice and somewhat unique in the IPA world. Lots of biscuit in the flavor combined with the earthy dank hops. Toasted caramel as well. The biscuit really stands out, though. Some more juicy tropical fruit underneath with almost a bit of smoke in the finish although it is very subtle. Bitterness is only moderate and the finish somewhat sticky. Overall, I really like this beer. I love the biscuit malt character and the hops are somewhat unique. I would like a slightly drier finish but all in all, this is an excellent brew.

Bottle from unknown, via Darton. Pours a rich amber-orange, little to no off-white head. Aroma slight, with some floral overtones, crisp and subtle. Body lively, finish full with a crisp biscuit malt character. Well-balanced, but not much bitterness. Possibly negatively affected by age, but can see the stirrings of a good beer.

Smells like an ipa. Bright. Hops. The body is smooth and light, bit syrupy. Citrus, honey-ish, I am pairing this with Indian food, so I may be off on the tasting notes. Basic decent ipa.

A vast bouquet of hops, featuring notes of pine resin, citrus and stone fruits, and flowery notes. Slightly hazy, burnt sunset orange, with a mostly fading white head. Dry, juicy, piney. Light-medium bodied, pretty clean.

Draft: copper with a nice light tan head. Very floral and slightly fruity. Itís got a nice caramel backbone, and is fairly full bodied. This is well balanced and extremely enjoyable, but has nothing "exciting" going for it.

Bottle from Zippís Liquors. Pine, crushed flowers, some earthiness in the nose. Coppery/amber color. Mild citrus and some resinous touches / sweet maltiness / very light lingering hops. Medium body. Well-balanced, middle of the road IPA. Drinkable and pleasant.

Itís all right, citrus hopiness aromas pop out first followed by some green grape notes and some very faint biscuit aromas. easy drinking IPA. Itís prominently caramel and citrus ok to drink.

Has a nice copper color with a white head. Smells hoppy. I donít get citrus so much as something else, perhaps a floral aroma. Flavor is a nice amount of dry hops. The beer has a nice medium body feel and goes down smooth. This is a solid IPA that I could drink all day long.

On tap, poured into a shaker. Floral, citrus hopiness aromas pop out first followed by some green grape notes and some very faint biscuit aromas. The clear orange-amber liquid has a very thin, sparse, "dishwasher-water" head that leaves no lacing. Itís prominently caramel and citrus sweetness - medium - high levels - with some very mild (for an IPA) hoppy bitterness at the finish - medium levels. Thereís a very slight citrus sour too, but I didnít really pick it up at first. The lighter mouthfeel is fizzy, yet smooth and creamy; a really nice and interesting combination. A resin feel hits the tongue with some mild, light fruit sweetness, which changes to a grassy hoppy taste at the finish. The hops fade and the aftertaste is that of orange peel.
