COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Is insanely dry hopped with Centennial Hops. This pale copper colored ale has a flowery hop aroma and a bold hop bitterness. Hop Heads Only Please!

Damn i can’t believe i didn’t rate this beer earlier. I am a big NHB fan and Mad Hatter is one of my farorits. It has a nice floral sent and great hoppy tast. Its bitter, of course, but the suddle floral hop taste is allowed to shine through. Love it.

12 ounce bottle poured into a pint glass. Slightly above average IPA. Certainly not a hop bomb.

Pours deep amber into a shaker. Off-white head with excellent retention craters as it recedes. Mild resin aromas. Medium bodied and well balanced with sweet caramel and resin front to back.

12oz bottle. Cooper color, tall tan foam. Aroma of hops. Green, pine, resin, citrus, it’s all there. Nice caramel malt nose. Lighter bodied than I expected, medium bodied. Tastes of malt, bitter hops, hints of chocolate. (4109)

Bottle at the mondiale 2014. Clear copper pour, small white head. Aroma of pretty standard. Citrus and piney hops, with some semi swet caramel bready malts. Good. Solid carb, and mouth feel. Finish is medium bitter, solid hop notes, with a good malt base. Pretty standard and a good solid drinkalbe ipa. Nothing more, nothing less.

Draft that poured a medium orange. Nice citrus hop aroma along with a medium malt backbone. Decent lacing on the glass. Flavor was a nice blend of floral and citrus but not over the top. Solid flavor from start to finish.

Conclusion : American Pale Ale plutôt qu’une IPA.

Nice hoppy beer with some bitterness. Overall the bitterness cut the nice citrus front flavor

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a nice hazy yellow to orange color with a nice half finger white foamy head that ended up dissipating within a nice thirty to forty seconds. The lacing that was left in the wake was a nice spider webbiness of sorts. The smell had a nice bitter piney to somewhat citrusy hoppiness leading very quickly to a nice caramel maltiness. There was a nice semi-bitter but somewhat bitter hoppy sweet aftertaste that lead to a nice quick dry finish. On the palate, this one sits about a nice light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability running about it. Overall, I say this was a nice AIPA worthy of having again.

Average dry hopped IPA. Nothing spectacular nothing bad. Solid beer from a solid brewery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
