A very good IPA, but IMHO not as good as Bell’s Two Hearted Ale!

Oct 10, 2008 Slightly hazy amber with a small white head. A good strong hop aroma with peach, grapefruit and pine dominating. Sweetish fruity flavour, and good hoppy bitterness.

Oct 2, 2008 Bottle: Poured a deep orangey color ale with a medium foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma consists of medium bitter hops with some noticeable caramel malt. Taste is a middle of the road mix between some bitter hops and sweet caramel malt. No floral notes or citrus notes discernable that would have provided differentiation within the style. Average body with some average carbonation. Overall this is not bad but just really another middle of the road IPA.

Sep 30, 2008 12oz bonus from masonjer. Pours orange with a 1 finger tan head. Nose is light with some hoppyness. Taste is alright, a little of the floral side.
