3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Wine Warehouse in Charlottesville. New Holland certainly has hit Virginia big lately! Pours auburn with a small but persistent head. Aroma is strong barley and piney hops. Very bitter hop taste. Nutty, papery and with a little hint of citrus at the end.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A: light amber ale. This bottle foamed out a good three ounces, so that’s sad. Excellent clarity. No lace.
S: smells like lemons. Yup, just lemons.
T: pine and lemons. Weird. Not very complex, but drinkable
M: medium, low carb.
O: not bad.
Serving type: bottle

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle into lager glass. Pours a transparent deep amber color with appropriate head and very effervescent. Lace remains throughout the session. Floral aroma, honey, caramel, centennial hops noticeable, but not overpowering. Malty initial flavor gives way to a salty bitter finish. Hoppy enough, but not "insane" as described. Chewy, sticky, average carbonation. Nice brew.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a copper hued amber with a large off white head, good head retention and lacing. Aroma is floral citrus hops, some grapefruit notes and caramel malt. Taste same as aroma , has a nice citrus grapefruit hops bitterness and caramel malt sweetness. Palate is a medium body, smooth and good carbonation. Finishes with caramel malt, grapefruit citrus fruity notes, some yeast and a good dose of floral citrus hops. Overall, this was quite good, tasty and nicely balanced.
