Pours a nice rusty amber color with very little white head but decent lacing. Nose has that lovely resiny centennial aroma, mildly citrusy and pungently leafy. Starts out with some mild bready malts before orangepeel bitterness comes on towards a full herbally medicinal finish. Lacking just a solid body to make it a great interpretation of the style, but as it is, a nice rendition.

Aug 20, 2008 Bought a six pack of 12 ozers at Frugal MacDoogal’s in Fort Mill. Poured into a shaker. Poured a clear amber color with a 3 finger white head. Aroma was piney with a slight hint of citrus. Lacing was heavy. Flavor was good, but a little imbalanced. Finished with a good hoppy bite. Body was a little too light. Carbonation was medium-high. Solid offering.

Aug 19, 2008 Nice amount of hoppage. Some bitter fruit orange? is that orange!?!? umm....floral...yeah. It’s good, but something’s a little outta wak. Too sweet maybe? Not sure. Enjoyable nonetheless.

does not count  Aug 6, 2008 Fruity Aroma under the cap that pours into a cloudy amber color with light head and minimal head retention. Subtle coffee flavor with a hint of nuts, I think almonds. Overall this is a beer I enjoyed very much and highly recommend.

Aug 4, 2008 Updated: Aug 11, 200812oz bottle. Tan-orange color with a quickly fading head. Pleasant hoppy and floral aroma. A very refreshing English-style IPA. Chewy, sweet malt profile backed up by a solid hop presence. This is a really well made beer. Worth seeking out.

Aug 3, 2008 This one poured a hazy dark copper with minimal white head and seemed moderately carbonated. The hops smelled very strongly and could be tasted long before making it to the back of my throat. A very strong, floral bitterness lingered in the aftertaste. A very well done IPA.
