Is insanely dry hopped with Centennial Hops. This pale copper colored ale has a flowery hop aroma and a bold hop bitterness. Hop Heads Only Please!

12 oz bottle purchased somewhere in Ohio. Lighter amber color with a medium sized off white head, light haze. Piney hops in the aroma along with some peach and orange. Decent malt backing, fairly bitter. Medium bodied, longer finish. Nice

Mad Hatter has a licorice aroma and taste. Dark copper in color. Tangy and hoppy taste. Also some pine in the taste.

On tap at Taco Mac. Pours clear amber with foamy head which dissipates into a thin cap and moderate lacing. Aroma is very floral. Taste is not overly hoppy, mostly piney, some citrus (maybe some lemon in the finish, which is slightly dry). Mouthfeel has some carbonation, but not bright. Overall, a pleasant IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap. Pours a crystal clear copper color with a thin off white head. Aroma of grassy, earthy hops and not much else. Taste is citrusy, soapy, some sweet malt, and an earthy bitterness at the end.

I really enjoyed this I.P.A. and I am not a huge I.P.A. fan. It has a great balance of hops and isn’t too bitter for my palate. This is a great selection from New Holland Brewing Company.

12 oz bottle from Baruni’s in Baden, PA. This was a really nice and smooth IPA that I enjoyed very much. Just the right amount of bitterness and a lingering bite added to the experience.

Bottle (from backlog). Light brown/copper color with a medium head. The traditional citrus and hop flavors and aromas you would expect but they are a bit muted all round.

Appearance: A slightly hazy copper colored beer with a short lived head. The lacing is patchy. Kind of mediocre, really. Smell: The highlight, no doubt. Smells awesome. The spice mixed with the piney and flowery hops is awesome. Taste/feel: The taste just doesn’t quite do it for me like it does other people here. There’s a lot of bitterness, and it’s lacking some balance. It’s tasty at the front, but at the end of the sip there’s too much lingering bitterness for me on some of the sips. It’s still no doubt a tasty IPA, but not as great as others are saying, in my opinion. The feel is appropriate -- not too thin, but nice and drinkable like an IPA should be. Refreshing. An above average IPA, but not a must-try. The aroma of this one would make an awesome candle though.
