5/19/2007: New Holland Michigan Apple Cider is super clear with almost not color at all. Very gently sparkling. Aroma is like apple wine. Some crisp apple and light white wine in the flavor. Light body.

Jul 24, 2007 Draft sample at New Holland. Poured clear color with a small white head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Aroma of apple. Flavor of sweet apple with a light sweet finish of short duration. Light body with a thin texture. Refreshing drink.
