Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Deep amber brew with a dense and foreever lasting creamy head. Nice aroma of earthy spicy hops. Taste is sweet malt up front with a modest hop profile emerging. Never really hits critical mass in the hops department. and while everything here is great it falls short of being a standout in the very competitive IPA field.

aroma not too strong. More malty than hoppy. It wasnít the aroma I was expecting. Donít care for the burnt orange color. Somewhat of a hoppy initial flavor but finishes very dry. I like how everything is grown in Michigan and probably brewed from the water from Lake Michigan but this IPA is a flop.

Clear amber beer with a dissipating ivory colored head. Fresh red grapefruit hops and earthy notes in the nose. This is an old school straight up IPA with big bitter grapefruit and pine resin hop flavors and a strong earthy malt character. An apple fruitiness comes out as it warms. Long bitter citrus finish

Pours copper orange with a decent sized beige head. The aroma has smooth citrus, sweet bready caramel malt, pine and a candy richness. It has a medium body with a roughness and frothy prickly carbonation. The flavor starts off with grapefruit zest, pine, dried bread, minor tropical fruit and some resin. The finish has a harsh bitterness and full maltiness. Pretty good IPA.

Pour is a murky brown with an average white head. Aroma is a nice effervescent pine hop mixed with a sweet malt. Flavor is pretty much the same. Decently hopped with more of a earthy malt backbone. Nothing mind blowing but it has some pleasant hop flavors and itís not as sweet as I thought it was going to be. Itís a more hoppier English style pale ale.

Poured from bottle into a tulip: Pours dark golden with a thin white head. Aroma of light citrus, cracker malt, and caramel. Taste is a little sweet up front, with some light lemon notes, and a bit of a hop bite at the back end. Medium body, medium carbonation, decent beer.
