Pours clear amber with a very thick and frothy pale buff head. Aroma is hoppy and resiny, a bit fruity, not much else. Hoppy, fruity flavor is refreshing, with a nice hay undertone - nothing special, but enjoyable. Texture is fairly firm and fairly fizzy. If not awesome, still all Michigan and worthy of a fair shake.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Immediately out-of-control on the open, like champagne. I lost nearly a third of the bottle. For what’s left: hazy dark amber, raging ivory head that became manageable after ten minutes, heavy blobs and streaks of lace. Taste is dry malt that adds medium citrus hops in the palate. A pretty simple brew.

Bottle: Hazy copper with a thick, off-white head. Floral orange aroma.....spice. Taste is orange-peel, berry, a little bready malt. Earthy, slightly spiced bitter. Works well with the chill in the air.

Amber, off white head, nice lacing, and creamy, head retention. Floral, biscuit, citrus, and mild grapefruit. Medium bodied, biscuit, lemony. Decent balance, lingering hop bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Julie says that she was not impressed the hops were overwhelming at first but then it was floor. She gives a 1.0 ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber. Poured light-medium orange with a short off-white head. The aroma picked up juicy orange meat and caramel malts topped by fresh grassy and citrus accents.. I really enjoyed it. The flavor found sweet oranges, pale malts, and a little caramel at the core, with more bitter orange zest and dry grassy notes around.. finished dry and a touch spicy. Medium-bodied with filling carbonation on the palate.. dry.. a little muddled, but it was a tasty, easy-drinker.

Bomber. Nose is heavy on the hops, strong pine with floral accents, clear Centennial, floating citrus and caramel, earthy touch of dough and spice. Pours deep amber-brown with tons of slow-moving carbonation and a large, rocky tan head. Medium-full body with some booze showing, caramel and light tongue-numbing astringency, mildly sweet and drying out, earth and wood, lesser citrus. Fresh, crisp, very clean, and everything in good balance; intended to be hop-forward but doesn’t get far ahead of a strong malt spine. Thankfully not overdone on the Centennial, but rather a way found to match the dark malt character. Kudos! One of the most enjoyable I’ve had from NH in some time, and great for this sudden fall weather.

Shared bomber. More malt than hops on the palate. Mildly bitter finish. I bought it for use of Michigan ingredients and was not disappointed.

Bomber. Rich orange pour with a white head. Lots of earthy malts in this beer. Quite hoppy. Slight citrus. Okay for me.

a good idea for a local brew. bright and prominent centennial hops - citrus and pine, and a nice hoppy balance for a classic pale ale. a nice story for a pretty normal IPA.
