Michigan Hatter celebrates our local agriculture with its Michigan-grown Cascade hops from the Leelanau Penninsula. Bright and aromatic, with delicious malt notes underneath a citrusy showcase of hops. Pairings: sharp cheddars, herb-roasted poultry and curry.

A very middle of the road ipa. Not overly bitter and not sweet. Has a darker tone to it but still feels light

On tap at Dexters, pours a clear dark bet with a thick white head and spotty lacing, aroma is slightly hoppy with a malt backbone showing through, flavor is light on the hops and pretty much all around, pretty meh.

Bomber: Appearance is a lightly amber golden pour with a thick slightly off white head that lingers. Aroma is nice big cascade hops with a thick resin note, bright, floral, punchy, lightly grassy. Taste has got a nice hop note and a very subtle nutty malt slipping through that back. Overall, Good not great. Cheers!

Not a bad beer just a little more towards the pale ale side of the spectrum than the IPA side. Enjoyable nonetheless. I think they should bottle this is 6 pack format as I feel this would be an excellent gateway beer for non craft drinkers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On draft at Dan's. The pour is a darker copper with some nice gold hues coming through. There is a nice white head and some pretty great lacing. The aroma is big time hops. There is a light malt and some decent fruitiness to it. The flavor is a little better. The hops are a little more bitter and the malt and fruits blend awesomely. The mouth feel is a little thin with a good resiny bitterness. The aftertaste is a little lingeringly dry and delightful ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

@Party Town /Florence KY --- Hazy deep orange amber color, nice head that takes a little time to drop to a full head cover, stripes of lace. Taste is unusual in that the hops are present almost from the opening, growing more pine-like through the palate before finally allowing enough malt to achieve a balance in the finish. Hops have a strong presence throughout, but somehow don’t seem particularly dominant. An interesting brew, especially since it clocks in under 5% abv.

Draft at Speak EZ - pours an orangey copper . Definite citrus aroma . Taste brings a sharp citrus bite followed by a dose of malty sweetness . Good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Warner Robins, Ga. - Lazy Dog Growler - 22 oz bomber. Hazy dark orange pour, bubbly, frothy off-white head. Aroma has some spruce notes, a hint of ripening vegetables. Flavor is hit and miss, a touch of citrus bitterness, some squash-like vegetable notes, some biscuit-like breadlines. Mouthfeel is thick enough. Didn’t exactly hit it out of the park on this one.

Bomber from Wine Warehouse, Charlottesville. Pours a hazy amber color with a thin frothy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of citrus hops, some herbal notes, and a strong caramel presence. The taste is caramel malts, citrus hops. Thin bodied, simplistic, amateur-ish almost. Meh.
