COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Michigan Hatter celebrates our local agriculture with its Michigan-grown Cascade hops from the Leelanau Penninsula. Bright and aromatic, with delicious malt notes underneath a citrusy showcase of hops. Pairings: sharp cheddars, herb-roasted poultry and curry.

@Party Town /Florence KY --- Hazy deep orange amber color, nice head that takes a little time to drop to a full head cover, stripes of lace. Taste is unusual in that the hops are present almost from the opening, growing more pine-like through the palate before finally allowing enough malt to achieve a balance in the finish. Hops have a strong presence throughout, but somehow don’t seem particularly dominant. An interesting brew, especially since it clocks in under 5% abv.

Draft at Speak EZ - pours an orangey copper . Definite citrus aroma . Taste brings a sharp citrus bite followed by a dose of malty sweetness . Good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Warner Robins, Ga. - Lazy Dog Growler - 22 oz bomber. Hazy dark orange pour, bubbly, frothy off-white head. Aroma has some spruce notes, a hint of ripening vegetables. Flavor is hit and miss, a touch of citrus bitterness, some squash-like vegetable notes, some biscuit-like breadlines. Mouthfeel is thick enough. Didn’t exactly hit it out of the park on this one.

Bomber from Wine Warehouse, Charlottesville. Pours a hazy amber color with a thin frothy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of citrus hops, some herbal notes, and a strong caramel presence. The taste is caramel malts, citrus hops. Thin bodied, simplistic, amateur-ish almost. Meh.

Bottle. Pours deep orange with a nice head. Great aroma. Fresh citrus. Kind of malty for an IPA. Very good.

bottle - Pours copper colored and full of suspended sand grain sized yeast particles. It has a one finger off-white head. Citrus flavors accent the bitter flavor that’s balanced pretty well with malt. It’s medium bodied and though not great, it’s nice enough.

22 oz for 2 bucks. Nice floral hop with a caramel backing. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Wish they made a higher ABV version.

Pours a slightly hazy orange-red with a thick tan head. Smells of pine needles, hint of citrus, cut grasses. Taste is moderately bitter & sweet - light spruce, biscuits, hint of pepper - very mild and balanced.

Poured an amber color with a small white head. Has a much stronger malt flavor and smell than I anticipated with citrus undertones

Poured a darker orange color with aromas of fresh hops, citrus, light malt and some pine. Flavors are the same light caramel thrown in a sessionable IPA that was not too bad. Wanted more hop flavor overall.
