This beer has a golden colored body with a creamy white head. Its slightly sweet malt flavor makes up the base and offers a supporting role to the refreshing hop profile. Cascade hops provide a floral, citrus and almost fruity character to this well balanced easy drinking ale. Back by popular demand, “Paleooza” is an old favorite and an early original in our portfolio of great beers! 14°

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small white head. Nose is almost nonexistent. Taste is very light and pale - slightly bitter, but that’s more of an afterthought. Drinkable, but nothing remarkable.

Bottle. Great hoppy aroma, a beer’s beer. Pours a slightly cloudy amber/orange. Bitter finish. Pretty good.

12oz bottle. Clear amber - orange color. Mildly hazy with lots of fine particles suspended in the glass. Thin off-white head. Good lace. Medium body. Good smooth, crisp, lighter carbonation. Mostly dry overall. Satisfying amount of citrus, floral hops. Light caramel malts, bit toasty. Bitter, sweet taste. Satisfyingly drinkable and hoppy pale ale.

Bottle. Pours a clear light golden orange color with a big foamy white that fades slowly, leaves great lacing. Aroma is very grassy and floral with hints of citrus fruit. Taste is fresh grassy and floral hops also but the fruitiness is more present than in the aroma. Very light sweetness, moderate bitterness. Pale, biscuity malt in the finish to go with the floral hops. I’d drink this again, nice solid pale ale.

Fine brew with clear amber color and floral hop aroma. Finishes with medium bitterness. I wonder why this is higher ABV than their IPA, Mad Hatter!?!

All-Michigan Cascade hops. Pours a slightly hazy darker golden to orange with a fairly sizable off-white to khaki head that settles slowly and leaves little bits of soapy lace all over. Nose is a curious blend of perfumey floral notes, almost some lilac or pollen, some pronounced dusty hay, biscuit dough notes, a touch of citrus pith, some spice. A light honey sweetness is overshadowed by a pronounced bitterness and almost a touch of salt. Medium bodied, creamy, softer carb, with a long strange bitter finish. Somehow this works in spite of itself. It’s not especially refreshing or citrus/pine bright, and there isn’t a whole lot of sweetness, but as just kind of a dusty hearty brew it’s pretty decent. Definitely worth a try, but for me it’s probably not one I’ll revisit in lieu of such great other choices for hop-themed beers.

Pour from a 12 oz bott.e Clear amber brew with smallish off white head. Aroma is nutty, spicy, with floral / grassy hops. Taste is light sweet malts at the start with a spicey, grassy and slightly bitter finish. A little earth brings it all home. A really fine APA.

12 oz bottle pours a clear orange amber with one-finger white head that lasts and leaves a bit of lacing. Aroma is mostly citrus (orange, lemon, grapefruit) with sweet caramel for balance and a little grass. Taste is slightly bitter with sweetness in the middle. Body is light to medium with average carbonation and a crisp, clean mouthfeel. I’m glad I picked up a 4-pack of this easily drinkable APA
