This beer has a golden colored body with a creamy white head. Its slightly sweet malt flavor makes up the base and offers a supporting role to the refreshing hop profile. Cascade hops provide a floral, citrus and almost fruity character to this well balanced easy drinking ale. Back by popular demand, “Paleooza” is an old favorite and an early original in our portfolio of great beers! 14°

Bottle: nice fruity nose and the taste is 70/30 with hops being prominent over the malt. So far this is my favorite brew from these guys but I do have 6 unopened oatmill stouts to try! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This one was fairly hop forward - grassy, kinda woody. The malt bill seemed like, I don’t know, Wonder Bread? Not a whole lot to it. Not bad, though. I’ll probably get it again...

Pours a hazy golden hue with a foamy white head. Aroma is very slight, and I couldn’t detect too much. Maybe some hops. Flavor is subtle sweet fruit and a low dose of bitter hops. Has a light body feel. The combination of sweet fruit and hops makes this decently enjoyable.

bottle - Pours amber orange with fine suspended yeast particles. It loos very bubbly and has a 2 finger craggy head. The aroma is fairly mild with some citrus and caramel. This is a medium bodied brew with soft carbonation that’s mild to moderately bitter with a touch of pine and citrus. Fairly good.

This one poured a lighter orange with a white head. Aroma was of old hops, pale malt and light caramel. Flavor was pretty flat, caramel and grass. Not good.

Tasted on 4/21/14 from a capped 12oz bottle purchased at Craft Brewed. Pours a muted burnt orange with a thick white head that slowly recedes to thick, sticky lace. The nose is delicate floral and light citrus hops with some sweet bread malt underlying. The flavor is a tad maltier and somewhat sweet with the floral and citrus hops on the back showing just a light hint of bitterness. The body is medium, somewhat oily, with average but smooth carbonation and a medium floral citrus hops finish.

Golden clear pour with no head. No hop aroma whatsoever. Aroma of biscuity malts and caramel. Some grass. Taste was caramel like. Old and gross. Sad this was on tap.

12 oz. Lightly hazy orange-amber with a quarter inch of lasting foam. Aroma of caramel, toast, and a touch of orange. Tastes of toffee, apple, toasted pecan, pollen and a slight mint and wooden bitterness on the finish. Light body has medium carbonation and a nice balance.

From notes. On tap at Dan’s on March 14. The pour is a clearish gold/copper with some cider qualities to the appearance. There is a nice white heas and some sporadic lacing. The aroma is definitely malty. There is a sweet and fruity undertone with a soft hop presence. The flavor offers much of the same. A good sweet hoppiness on the front, moving through a fruitiness and onto a dry maltiness on the back end. The mouth feel is thin, but creamy, with a good amount of carbonation and a nice dry aftertaste.
